Geweldige ligging en fantastisch personeel. Onderhoud verdient wel aandacht.
Pros:

De service en vriendelijkheid van het personeel, het glaasje water bij de receptie, de ligging van het hotel, het prachtige historische pand aan de buitenkant en de airco op de kamer.

Cons:

De grootte van de kamer en de douche, het achterstallig onderhoud en de hardheid van de bedden.

Мне все понравилось. Я бы еще раз остановилась в этом отеле.
Pros:

Мне все понравилось в отеле и в номере. Да, номер не новый, но при этом идеально чистое постельное белье, не было никакого шума из соседних номеров. мне особенно приятно, что в номере были и чайник и кофе машина и набор чая и кофе на выбор.
Особенно меня приятно удивила вовлеченность персонала на ресепшн в решении вопросов гостей - я попросила вилку, т.к. не хотела ужинать, а решила поесть салат в номере. Девушка на ресепшн дала мне набор столовых приборов запакованных и извинилась, что они деревянные, а не стандартно - из стали, т.к. у них нет своего ресторана и они не располагают своими столовыми приборами. И, когда мы попросили тихий номер - нам действительно предоставили тихий номер - окна выходили в закрытый дворик.
Очень удачное расположение у отеля - вокруг кипит жизнь, на первом этаже ресторан, где можно вкусно перекусить и отправиться гулять.

Für 3 Tage war es ok.
Pros:

Zimmerausstattung, Buntfenster, Ausblick, zentrale Lage

Cons:

Zu laut, die Betten waren zu hart, kein Frühstück im Hotel, zu teuer für 3 Tage

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Utrecht
Pros:

Lage des Hotels in Zentrumsnähe ist super, Betten bequem und Unterstützung beim Parken war klasse.

Cons:

Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert.
