Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, sehr zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig in der Nacht, ÖPNV vor der Tür. Ich habe als“ Gast des Tages „ein Upgrade in eine Juniorsuite bekommen, welch ein Luxus zum Preis eines Standardzimmers. Ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeptionistin. Cosy comfortabel hotel
Pros:

The check‑in service was very heartwarming and comfortable, with an excellent recommendation for the Belgium Bear Bar. The rooms were very nice and clean.

The only major downside is the bed. If I hadn’t been with my partner, I honestly would have slept on the ground. The feeling of the springs — which seem completely worn out, probably because other partners never end up sleeping on the ground — was really not great. It made my back hurt and woke me up several times in the middle of the night.

That led to another downside, although I’m sure that wasn’t my own issue and that not all the beds are so literally f*cked up. My neighbour took a late‑night shower, and it was pretty loud. And don’t get me wrong, the neighbour wasn’t singing or anything — I just think the walls are a bit too thin.

But the location is fabulous, and again, the service is great!

Staff in the front desk was incredibly attentive and so nice about every issue and question that we had so I don’t want them to have any trouble about this but the housekeeping was a huge issue for us because the first day we left the room we took the sign off for them to clean but they didn’t so the second day we specifically asked the front desk to look after it and they immediately called and asked for them the clean the room which we thought would be enough. But when we went back to our room we unfortunately saw that they didn’t clean it again. We went down and ask the front desk if they could help us with anything and I think it was Nina who was so nice and helped us clean our trash and gave us clean towels cups and some more tea. While we were checking out they offered us some drinks and apologized again. Like I said staff was incredible but the housekeeping was not what we hoped it would be.
