De ligging was perfect, midden in het centrum.

Wij hebben

in het hotel gelogeerd. De kamer was prima ingericht en ruimtelijk. Echter toen wij in de avond naar bed gingen bleek de kamer bloedheet. Er draaide een ventilator maar deze blies de lucht alleen rond en verkoelde niet. Toen wij probeerde een raam open te zetten bleken deze te zijn dichtgekit. (Het betreft kamer 118) Hierdoor bleef de kamer de hele nacht verstikkend heet zonder enige vorm van toevoeging van verse lucht. We hebben een benauwde warme nacht gehad en stonden om 07.00 uur al naast ons bed. Daarna zijn we naar de balie gegaan en ons ongerief verteld. De baliemedewerker heeft ons vriendelijk geholpen en haar best gedaan om ons gerust te stellen. We zijn uiteindelijk in de vroege ochtend buiten gaan zitten om op adem te komen.

We vinden het onverantwoord, in zo’n kamer te laten slapen. Zeker bij een kamerprijs van € 189,00 per nacht.

I came to check in late because of delay of my flixbus, but after I called the reception-he was waiting me for coming at 2am . I feels like here is the best service in the first time of my life.

Nice hotel and staff, but can be noisy!
Pros:

Staff were very helpful.
Central for seeing everything and on a bus route back to the station.

Cons:

Booming disco thump (places below and next door) that could be heard in first floor rooms til 1 in the morning. Fortunately the lovely staff moved me to a 2nd floor room where I could get some sleep.

Conforto em localização privilegiada
Pros:

Localização excelente muito perto do centro histórico e a uma caminhada curta da estação de trem. Ponto de ônibus na porta ( do outro lado sa rua) e visão bonita de uma igreja bem na frente do hotel. Cama muito confortável e roupa de cama e de banho de ótima qualidade. Quarto espaçoso (no nosso caso , triplo)

I do not recommend
Pros:

One of the bathroom floor tiles was broken and in very poor condition, and the wallpaper was peeling in one corner of the room. The hotel consists solely of rooms, with no common areas. I think the value for money is terrible.

Altehrwürdiges Hôtel schön gelegen in Utrecht
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentrumsnah und ganz in der Nähe vom Kanal. Sehr pittoresk gelegen. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe!

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war nicht gerechtfertigt!

Perfekt
Pros:

Virkelig lækkert hotel. Vi havde et stort familie værelse til 3 voksne, og alt var perfekt .
Meget venligt personale, kort afstand til alt og parkering var helt uproblematisk 5 minutters gåtur fra hotellet
