Ubicación muy buena . Sin ascensor.
Pros:

Ubicación y habitación para tres muy amplia.

Cons:

Está anunciado como alojamiento con ascensor y no es cierto.
Lleva estropeado desde hace tres meses que realice la reserva .
Nos ofrecieron ir a un hotel más nuevo a las afueras . Pero queríamos esa ubicación
Por ello nos subieron las maletas ya que una persona tenían movilidad reducida.

Las ventanas no cerraban bien y había ruido de terraza por la noche . El hotel proporcionaba tapones para dormir
En la zona solo hay un lugar muy caro para desayunar a las 8:30

Pros:

El personal de la recepción fue muy amables y serviciales,llegue antes del horario de check in, mi habitación no estaba lista, pero me dejaron guardar mi equipaje y me indicaron donde podía guardar mi bicicleta cerca del hotel (Fietsenstalling - Utrecht Neude).
La ubicación también es muy destacable, cercana al casco histórico.
La habitación es muy completa, al igual que el baño.

Cons:

El hotel queda al lado de un Bar/Boliche, fue bastante ruidoso en el trascurso de la tarde, que fue cuando llegue, obviamente no me afecto demasiado porque luego de recibir la habitación rápidamente salí a recorrer la ciudad, pero es un detalle no menor a tener en cuenta, ya que la habitación vibraba bastante.

Algo a destacar de lo no tan bueno, fue la cama, no era muy cómoda que digamos, pero no estaba mal, algo así como 7 puntos

Because of the purpose of our trip they made us feel taken care of in a moment that we needed it
Pros:

The receptionist was extremely helpful and understanding. Because the elevator was broken and my son was on crutches, he moved us to the NH at the central station at no additional cost and arranged transportation for us. This was a very sad trip for us and he helped us a lot

Cons:

The noise on Sunday afternoon coming from the downstairs restaurant.

goed hotel vlakbij de Domtoren
Pros:

prettige ontvangst bij de receptie, alles voldoende aanwezig op de kamer (koelkastje, water, koffie, thee, nespresso, waterkoker etc. Fijne badkamer met ligbad. Goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding

Cons:

het uitzicht vanuit onze kamer was niet geweldig, maar dat vonden we niet erg, we waren er alleen 's avonds en vroeg in de ochtend
