Super direkt am Strand

2 mal sind Mitarbeiter in das Zimmer einfach gekommen ohne anzuklopfen
Keine Entschuldigung nichts

Ich möchte noch etwas ergänzen. Nachdem ich meine Bewertung geschrieben hatte, hat sich die Hotelmanagerin persönlich bei mir gemeldet. Sie hat sich mehrfach ehrlich bei mir entschuldigt und mir das Gefühl gegeben, dass meine Beschwerde ernst genommen wird.

Als Entschuldigung hat sie mir sogar eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück angeboten. Darüber habe ich mich wirklich gefreut und dafür möchte ich mich herzlich bedanken.

Pros:

Wir sind Schon mehrere Male im Hotel, mann soll sich nicht immer beschweren, mir ist Aufgefallen dass Aufzüge nicht funktionieren. Dies soll dass Personal nicht Schlecht darstellen. Es war sehr Sauber, ordentlich, Frühstück Super ( ich möchte nochmal betonen dass Personal war Sehr Freundlich und Höflich) wir kommen sicher nochmal.

Отличный отель для семьи.
Pros:

Местоположение. Один из главных плюсов. Вид из окна потрясающий. Завтрак очень хороший. Номера очень просторные. Звукоизоляция хорошая

Cons:

Отель 4 звезды. Немного косметического ремонта и внимания к мелким дефектам бы

seh gutes Hotel direkt am Strand mit grossen Zimmern und tollem Frühstück
Pros:

tolle Lage direkt am Strand und der F1 Rennstrecke, die frei besucht werden kann
sehr gutes Frühstück mit toller Auswahl

Cons:

Hier und da etwas lieblos und unordentlich.
Man könnte mit wenig Aufwand einen besseren Eindruck machen z. Bsp. im Wellness-und Fitnessbereich oder der Restaurantterrasse.
