We only stayed overnight and left very early but everything went very smoothly.
Rooms are big enough
Receptionist was very sharp and rude not at all welcoming
Waited 1hour and a half for food in restaurant air con was too high and it was freezing
When food came it was terrible sent it back
Excellent location for the airport, the rooms were large and comfortable, much bigger than we expected.

I booked and paid for a king suite. Noise of kitchen fans unbearable. Ended up in accessibility room. Not so nice at all. Very worn.

Had everything we needed for our nights stay before going on holiday
Family room could have been a little bigger if staying for more than one night
I am in room 222.My son and I (seriously disabled at present due to spinal neeve issues are staying here as my son has flown in from Portugal and has a driving test today (Monday)and therefore has had lessons on Saturday and Sunday. On both nights i had very little sleep. 1st night there were to 2 young girls making a noise most of the night, for which i complained about at least twice. 2nd night a young child (indian?)was crying most of the early evening, while I was trying to work. Then I get woken up at about 05h15 by a great deal of noise. I knocked loudly on door! Breakfast on first day was disgusting, so we will not be taking breakfast 2nd day. Our bedooms were not made up - no one had informed me this had to be requested in a 4* hotel, 4 of which I own (www.calcot.co). I will want a total refund of the two nights I have had to pay for and all the additional charges I had to pay for breakfast. Only for my room. I think my son's was acceptable. We will never be staying here again. I travelled the world extensively and 2 of my sons have studied hospitality at Les Roches in Switzerland and Spain.
