Good hotel, nice stay
Pros:

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was lovely. The hotel was very clean. Good shower.

Cons:

The room was very warm. The air conditioning was quite noisy and didnt seem to make a big difference.

Easy and convenient for a short stay
Pros:

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, booking was easy and location for us great. Access to the pool was ideal with a child and easy to use.

Cons:

Rooms were incredibly warm and unable to open windows, decor was quite dated in the rooms.

OK but could have been so much better.
Pros:

The room size.

Cons:

Room was to hot, air conditioning was not working
There was no coffee in the restaurant and no Port!
Service charge on the restaurant bill, to much!

Helpful staff, great location, but give breakfast a miss
Pros:

An excellent value for money and great location for our purposes.
Reception staff exceptionally helpful and kind and helped me sort out a mistake I've made with me booking (totally my fault!).
Good sized room with adequate storage.
Beautiful reception/ground floor area.
Free coffee a great bonus!

Cons:

Poor/slow drainage in the bathroom.
Breakfast was really poor value for money - poor choice and not best quality. Coffee very much conference style (available from a thermos) - thankfully you can get a proper/good quality one from reception.

Not sure if I will stay here again
Pros:

- Swimming pool
-The location near the airport
- it is close to a local supermarket

Cons:

-The breakfast was dry especially the sausages and bacon
- The fact that you had to bring your cup to access the hot drinks machine
- The hot chocolate tasted like washed down cocoa water
- The water drain in the bathroom was dirty with visible hair
- The room was dusty
- There is really nothing for the kids to do
