Great location for Gatwick airport, offered family rooms at a very reasonable price so would stay again with the family for an early flight. Nice to have a pool and gym in the hotel.
Food was fine but restaurant staff appeared a little lazy and slow considering there was only 2-3 tables taken whilst we were there. Gym equipment was old and could do with updating.
The staff were very helpful & polite.
Close to the airport, easy to find, and parking our car was easy.
Room was comfy, well laid out, plenty of space.
Breakfast was very good, lots of choice.
Advised a 2 minute walk around the corner to the bus stop to get the local bus (it’s not an airport shuttle bus, but it is a bus that goes to the airport; if that makes sense..) however, more like a 8/10 walk with cases, and slightly uphill. People with back, walking or similar issues may be best to get an Uber or book a taxi.
Price of the stay and parking a little on the expensive side, not a budget hotel.
Dog welcome pack was a very good idea.
That dogs aren't allowed in the restaurant, my wife and I had to eat breakfast in shifts. If we had known about this we would have breakfasted somewhere else.
Location suitable for our needs
Restaurant service was terrible, with multiple errors.
Room didn’t feel particularly clean and dirty mugs left outside the door upon arrival at our room. Furniture and room was dated.
Size of rooms and interconnecting doors . Swimming pool was lovely and beds very comfortable
Price of breakfast was slightly over priced

No charging rooms in pool area would be nice to change with out people looking ,there was children in there and I was trying to charge
