무엇보다 직원들이 너무 친절했고 위치가 너무 좋았어요 두오모까지는 아주 약간 걷지만 역에서 지하도로 순식간에 도착할수있어요 돌길에 캐리어끄는 걱정은 안하셔도 된답니다
중앙시장 두오모 정말 가깝고 역이랑 가까워서 버스 이용도 편리해요
옆방 소리도 전혀 안 들렸고 조식은 정말 최상급입니다
거기에 조식당 뷰는 잊지 못할 선물이었어요
피렌체 다시 간다면 고려할 여지없이 재방문 할 겁니다
거기에 덤으로 로비가 너무 아늑해서 한시간도 앉아있을 수 있었어요

Pros:

夜の２１時過ぎのフィレンツェ到着予定だったため駅に近いホテルと４ツ星以上のホテルということで選びました。お部屋は歴史を感じるシックな感じ（決して設備が古いというわけではなく）で落ち着けました。ミニバーには水や炭酸ジュース、ももジュースなど５ー６種類１０本程入っており飲んだら次の日の朝係の方が補充しますか？と聞きに来てくれ補充されます。（Include）タオルも毎日交換してくれます。（おそらく各階にお掃除の方が朝から夜まで待機してるのかな？）フロントには簡単な日本語を喋れる方もいたので滞在中は全く不便はなかったです。そして何よりも朝食会場は上層階のレストランでいただきますがそこからの眺めが最高です。洗濯はコインランドリーが歩いて３分、大きめスーパーも２件歩いて３分程。お値段といい快適さといいかなりお勧めです。

部屋が暑く、色々調節を頑張りましたが、結局２４時間中庭の窓を開けてました。

Location was perfect. Right by the train station. Walking distance to all major sites.

Great location and beautiful old hotel

Cons:

Found reception staff to be very cold, seam to be common across all staff working at front desk. We went up to bar on top floor, staff literally ignored us, they were to busy talking to other staff whilest making out at the bar. We had 1 drink and left. Rest of the staff were friendly.
