Pros:

Location was amazing. Rooftop bar and restaurant was also great. Only down side was bathroom shower was super tight quarters for my hubby. And room was a little too warm but otherwise it was fantastic.

Lovely, relaxing & elegant space. We were close to so much - and the train station!
Pros:

Location, elegance, garden patio, 5th floor with a 360 view, friendly & helpful staff. Everything in fridge in room was free - 2 juices, 2 sodas chips & cookies - what a sweet treat!

Apesar do problema relacionado ao mau cheiro, gostamos do hotel!
Pros:

A localização é ótima e os funcionários são muito solícitos e gentis!

Cons:

Havia um mau cheiro no lobby de entrada e nos elevadores, que era bem desagradável. Nos informaram que o problema seria decorrente do calor e do sistema de saneamento da cidade. No entanto, em nenhum outro lugar de Firenze sentimos esse mesmo odor.

L’emplacement

Cons:

L’isolation phonique entre les chambres est très mauvaise. On entend énormément de bruit provenant des chambres voisines, même lorsque quelqu’un ouvre un robinet ou utilise la salle de bain. Le bruit est très dérangeant.

Le ventilateur de climatiseur trop de bruit je n’arrive pas a dormir la nuit

Pros:

While I only visited for one night, this was my second stay at Baglioni. I write this review with a special thank you to Giorgia. She not only upgraded my room to one with a truly appreciated and most magical view, but she also showed that Grand Hotel Baglioni knows how to care for even the smallest details when I was surprised to see the special accommodation to my minibar upon arrival.
Of course, the breakfast was spectacular, and the view is always breathtaking. Truly, my favorite views in all of Florence are at Baglioni, and I cannot begin to express how appreciative I am of Giorgia and the staff for allowing me to spend a special evening with the Duomo right next to my bedside. Thank you for recognizing me as a repeat guest, for acknowledging my medical accommodations, and for making me feel special during my stay.

A lovely, convenient hotel!
Pros:

This hotel was built in 1903 and the character is just lovely. We arrived from SM Novella station which is across the street. Walking distance to the central attractions. We loved the breakfast and apertivo at the rooftop bar. Would happily return!

Overall a good place to stay
Pros:

This is a large hotel that is well located near Florence station and therefore the Santa Novella church that is worth a visit. The common areas are fine but the rooms are OK if a little tired. The rooftop bar/restaurant has a great view.
The layout of the hotel rooms means that finding your room can be challenging and there are a lot of stairs that can be problematic if you have heavy luggage (porterage is not offered). The wood panelling and maize like layout makes it a hazard in the event of a fire. The parking fees are extraordinarily high at 64 Euro a day for an average sized car.
Overall however it is not bad and at the right price acceptable in an expensive city.

Fabulous hotel, great location for restaurants and for tourist points of interest.
Pros:

Good selection of food for breakfast. Staff were generally friendly. One of the Japanese waitress(?Kiel) looked after us exceptionally well.
The main restaurant where we had dinner twice was exceptionally good. Mr Massimo looked after us exceptionally well. Thank you.

Pros:

The hotel has "old" Italian charm. The room was large with a lovely view of the rooftops and Duomo. The breakfast room has a panoramic view of Florence which is beautiful but the seating needs to be rearranged to make it more personal. The hotel needs a little upgrade as it tends to be very dark...the carpets need a thorough cleaning or changed. Overall it was surprisingly nice.

Sejour agréable.
Pros:

Petit dejeuner exceptionnel. Chambre calme et propre. Mini bar gratuit. Bonne literie. Beau roof top.

Cons:

Baignoire glissante (à sécuriser avec tapis de bain) et fermeture cuisine roof top trop tôt surtout en periode de forte chaleur. Pas possible de profiter d'une planche de charcuterie avec un verre en terrasse a partir de 21h30. Dommage.
