Premium hotel. Not cheap, but fabulous. Loved the historical documents and photos on display,

Lovely hotel and great location, just check what’s open

Location and quality of the hotel was great

Cons:

There seemed to be ongoing confusion around whether the top terrace was open or not and given I’d booked it for the amazing location and rooftop terrace that was a bit frustrating. Staff referenced private events but it was empty except for one evening which was a private event… just a bit of clarity would have been good

La posizione è la colazione

Cons:

La stanza con vista scala di emergenza e non poter avere il riscaldamento in camera vista la posizione della camera come esposizione e quindi risultava sempre fredda soprattutto al mattino ma dallo staff ci stato detto che non era possibile accendere il riscaldamento

Lovely hotel for a weekend in Florence.
Pros:

Very convenient location just 5 mins from the station and stroll into town. Super friendly staff. Stylish interiors. Rooms are traditional but very functional and bed very comfy.

Cons:

No air conditioning.

Top Lage und sehr freundliches Personal 😊
Auch die Autoabgabe im Hotel funktioniert reibungslos bei der Ankunft im Hotel.
Sehr zu empfehlen ein wundervolles Abendessen im Dachterrassen Restaurant bei unglaublichem Ausblick auf den DUOMO
Obwohl die Stadt eine Reihe von unglaublichen guten Restaurant`s- Osteria`n bietet.

Cons:

Eventuell der Garagen Tagespreis für einen SUV (€68.-)

Great location, outstanding breakfast, large, well-appointed room in an historic hotel.
Pros:

The location was excellent and within walking distance of the station, the Duomo and many of Florence's other top sights.
The room was large, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean - although the lighting was a little dim - too dim for reading.
The toiletries were excellent.
Breakfast was outstanding, although the breakfast room wasn't large and there could be a wait.
The rooftop bar and the service there were great, though typically quite slow.
Definitely a Grand Hotel and I would stay there again.

Cons:

It was great, but a reading light would have been nice - although perhaps not in keeping with the genteel ambience.
It was also nice to have fresh sheets and towels every day. However, this isn't great for the environment, so it would be good to have a little card to give guests the choice if they want fresh sheets and towels every day, or are happy to reuse them. Thank you.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Fantastic hotel. Great location for spending a weekend in Florence. Rooms are lovely and very clean. Fantastic staff and breakfast was excellent.

My room was exactly next to the convention room on floor 1. I’m not sure why you would put a room there! It was noisy throughout my stay!
