Está muy bien ubicado, todo queda cerca, desde el tren hasta el duomo

Cons:

La cama era demasiado dura y el aire acondicionado funcionaba a ratos, también hay que tener cuidado con las cerradura, nuestra puerta se podia abrir de un tiron.

Pros:

The roof was great, although inside was not clean and smelled weird

Cons:

Dark and weird scents. Rugs looks like they needed deep cleaning. Rooms are very old and dark almost to hide the dirt and rundown atmosphere

Génial , hôtel très agréable dans une ville magnifique

L’accès à l’hôtel en voiture est compliqué. Manque d’indication pour les étrangers.

Di gran classe fiorentina, ma si può migliorare
Pros:

Hotel perfettamente a due passi da tutte le attrazioni principali. Bello lo stile retrò con soffitto a cassettoni e atmosfera neo-rinascimentale. Colazione eccezionale e ricchissima. Stanze molto belle.

Cons:

Per accedere alla stanza era obbligatorio salire 4 gradini, che con un passeggino era un problema, l'hotel sapeva del bambino di 11 mesi ovviamente, ma ciò nonostante non ha provveduto ad assegnare una stanza senza questa inconvenienza. Cosa peggiore è stata la scarsa comunicazione della reception, visto che potevano dircelo al momento del check in. Parlavano inoltre di un minibar gratuito in stanza, ma c'era solo il bollitore... strano concerto di minibar in un Grand Hotel. Parcheggio a pagamento, ma del resto a Firenze è difficile che non lo sia.
