Ottima scelta
Pros:

Ottima posizione, ottima struttura, buona colazione con vista panoramica di Firenze, stanza grande e bagno molto pulito.

Cons:

unico difetto, si paga caro il parcheggio (doppio rispetto as altri hotel)

Highly recommended for a fabulous stay
Pros:

Brilliant position, easy walk to everything. Lovely comfortable room, comfortable bed, kept lovely and clean. Excellent staff, all so polite and helpful. Great food in the restaurant too, with amazing views.

Beautiful, old school property with great views
Pros:

Loved the location, the old school feel, the giant room, the friendly staff, the duomo view from breakfast and the roof terrace

Cons:

No AC in April and our fan didn't work unless the lights were also on (same circuit?). We kept the window open but noise from the street was a lot. Our bath didn't drain properly (and was not fixed when mentioned) and there was no full length mirror.

Pros:

Excellent located is this really impressive property, with a top floor restaurant that enjoys breathtaking views. The staff are good. Had a nice room overlooking the piazza. Great hotel.

Cons:

The only downside is the air-conditioning - perhaps this is a wider Italy issue - the a/c is controlled and you cannot put it on cold even it is was very warm, and hence could not say that I had enjoyed my sleep. I am a person that gives this matter some weight, so for me it is an issue.

Great hotel in florence
Pros:

Location was great! We drove a car and parking was so stress-free. The restaurant for breakfast had great view and food was generally good but salad was not so fresh.

Cons:

Elevator was small, so during busy hours it was a bit inconvenient. The windows was not fully insulated, so it was a bit noisy at night but not so crazy. The lighting was a bit dim.

This will be my go to stay, anytime I visit Florence!
Pros:

The location was amazing right across from the train station, but yet a 10 minute walk to any site that we planned on seeing. The staff was professional, and the breakfast on the rooftop was outstanding!

Pros:

Great location, close to train station, good breakfast, beautifully decorated, patio rooms with blooming flowers in early spring.

Cons:

The only thing that I did not like was the mattress. It was a thick memory foam but very dense. However, even though it was harder and I was concerned when I first laid down, it wasn't as uncomfortable as I thought it would be and I was so tired from all the walking I could have slept on the floor and be ok

Beautiful historical hotel
Pros:

Pros:

Localização perfeita. Próximo a Santa Maria di Novela.
Hotel maravilhoso, o restaurante tem a vista direta ao Duomo.
O quarto possui uma varanda muito agradável.

Cons:

Chuveiro molhava o chão em excesso , sendo necessário colocar 2 toalhas no chão .
