Wonderful stay in an historic piece of Florence.
Pros:

A wonderful historic hotel in a brilliant location. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was really comfortable and the mini bar was very generous, with complementary drinks other than water as well as crisps and biscuits. Breakfast was superb with a fantastic view.

Cons:

It would be helpful to have a mirror in the room other than in the bathroom. The pillows were quite flat.

Tout très bien. Beau bâtiment historique.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant dehors mais c'est normal aussi car l’hôtel est en centre ville. Si non, tout est très bien.

Wonderful hotel with a rich history
Pros:

The hotel was really accommodating with my room request. They gave me a lovely room with a huge bath. I love the history of the hotel and that it is still privately owned. Location wise it is close to most hot spots.

Une nuit très fatigante.
Pros:

L’ensemble etait correct, le restaurant très bien

Cons:

La chambre qui nous a été allouée, au 2eme étage, est problématique par le bruit de la rue.
« la rue est dans la chambre «  un gros problème d’isolation phonique par un double vitrage totalement inapproprié.
Dommage pour ce geste de la direction, qui en réalité n’en était pas un.

Posizione - colazione - stanza - cortesia

Cons:

Cercando di trovare qualche difetto, un po’ buio - dovuto alla tipologia fabbricazione antica- stanza con qualche rumore di troppo ( scarico acqua ) vicini rumorosi
