Enjoyable for a short stay.
Pros:

Very well located, close to all the main important sites. Comfortable room and bed, good roomy shower, good breakfast.

Cons:

Some public areas need updating; only a few rooms in my corridor, but it was a bit musty and there were trolleys in the corridor. They say there is parking but it’s in the street with limited space and you have to pay until 7pm

Une bonne chambre, mais une expérience client plutôt fade.
Pros:

Qualité, propreté, charme, emplacement.

Cons:

Accueil peu chaleureux, sans empathie. On a parfois (et de plus en plus souvent) l’impression d’être accueillis par des étudiants (sympas ou pas) peu impliqués plutôt que par des professionnels de l’hôtellerie et du commerce (c’est un commerçant qui parle). Qu’on ne les inspire pas n’est pas la question. On souhaite juste être accueillis comme des clients (qui accessoirement viennent de loin, à vélo et en pleine canicule).
