Location was perfect, bed was comfy and plenty of space in the room. Staff were friendly.
The hot food at breakfast was luke warm. The hotel room was far too hot, no way to control heat.
The hotel was very nice and staff lovely. There was just one small thing that could have been better. It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room as my husband and I dont drink tea/coffee, so it would have been nice to keep our drinks cold.

Location, walking distance to the Park and Ride so that we could access the city. Near to the gym and many facilities such as supermarkets if you are on a room only basis.

Both my husband and l decided to have a bath. We both had trouble removing the plug when emptying the bath. However we both individually managed it in the end.

Our bedroom was very tired, bathroom very old and needs a refurb, the days of shower curtains in the bath are well and truly over in hotels .

Great for one night stay. The room was large and the bed comfortable, and food was good.
The rooms felt unclean, and there was no soap left, and the tissues were not replaced. We tried calling reception to ask for more but the phone did not work. Some issue with water pressure as well.
