Room had 10 chairs in which msde the room feel cluttered
Staff were extremely helpful. Also give really good information about the area.
Slow on keeping the buffet breakfast (hotarea) stocked with food as some parts had run out.

Convenient location with plenty of parking spaces. Close to local bus stop and park and ride to central York. Food quite good although breakfast buffet not hot.
Breakfast buffet left out for long time meaning eggs etc warm not fresh and hot.

The reference to half board was confusing with what we were allowed. Could not understand that if you ordered something that was not on the list under the reference S ,That we could not pay the extra. It would be better if you gave us an allowence and pay anything over that .
The food was very good and staff in restaurant great.
Room a little tired needed updating.no heating in the room so quite chilly.
Very clean and comfortable. Dining/breakfast room very welcoming and tables were dressed well.
Not happy with w breakfast as finished at 9.30 could have been ten oclock to make it easier. Food was dried up😔

The bed wasn’t that comfortable bathrooms and corridors clear need updating as some of them had wallpaper hanging off
