Very dated and no luxury as expected for a 4 star - very limited room facilities which would be expected standard. Not like pictures on website.

- swimming pool times restricted and VERY noisy with swimming lessons.
Everything clean , spacious, well looked after , room was brilliant also little play room for my 3 year old son , Gorgeous food n great views , would defiently stay again
Sauna wasn’t on
Hotel perfect location , free parking good . Surprised the room looked nice and beds comfy and clean . Bathroom was clean which was what i was worried about.
Toilet needed a better clean inside. If the cleaning was a bit more meticulous the hotel is perfect.
The price was good for what we reacived spa. Breakfast and dinner for good price

Room was spacious and clean, Bath make too much noise when step in, toilet was not flashing my husband have to use reception toilet in order not to spoil the smell of the bathroom. Breakfast was good. So is the bed

dated, needs a major refurb
The privilege room was a decent size, with plenty of space to feel comfortable, and the bed was very spacious and a good size.
Check-in was scheduled for 15:00, and I arrived at the reception 12 minutes before this time to check in. I was told that my room was not ready and that I could not check in yet, but I was offered the option of paying extra for early check-in. I explained that I did not wish to pay an additional charge and was told that I would have to return at 15:00. The conversation lasted approximately four minutes, meaning I had to return to my car and wait another eight minutes before going back to reception to check in. I found this experience frustrating and disappointing, as I was only a few minutes early and felt that the situation could have been handled more helpfully and professionally once checked in I was very disappointed with the condition of the bathroom, which appeared very old and in need of renovation. The bath felt unstable when standing in it, as though it might break, which was quite concerning. The décor was outdated, and it looked as though the bathroom had not been renovated for a long time. The floor tiles were uneven, and the bathroom doors were difficult to open. When opening the doors, they would stop about a quarter of the way, meaning you had to push them very hard to get through. Every time the toilet door was opened, there was a loud banging noise caused by the suspended ceiling tiles. To make matters worse, the body wash dispenser was completely empty, although thankfully there was shampoo available. I was also disappointed with the chairs in the room, as they were basic conference-style chairs without armrests, which were not comfortable or appropriate for a privilege room. Overall, these issues fell well below my expectations and had a negative impact on my stay.
Hello I didn't have a pen so I couldn't fill in the card in the room however I wanted to thank all of the staff for making our stay one of a kind, the room was decorated beautifully better than I could imagine. I can not thank you guys enough for what you did for us it was amazing xx

I luckily had a free room upgrade due to booking last minute which was nice. Also room service food was quickly delivered and a nice size portion. Reception staff were very helpful. breakfast was very nice and top quality.
