The bathroom and room could use some updating
The staff were absolutely brilliant. They made the experience/stay almost worth it. The gym had most things you need for a good workout.
The hotel itself looked tired. My bed/matress was the old fashioned spring type. Which was too weak. The shower in my room didn’t work very well.
It was available at short notice and the central reception areas are nicely decorated with fresh light green paint.
The shower temperature control was broken and this meant you were either scalded or very cold. The bathroom joins ( caulking) degraded and hence cannot be clean. They are brown and black and even have gaps. Carpets look tired as does the furniture.

The whole building needs some tlc,trees growing out off roofs,broken gutters, broken windows,trees need pruning. The list is a long one

Booked into the wrong room - when we finally got into the family room we had booked it was a great size and perfect for our needs.
Poor bathroom, checked into wrong room with wrong amount of people despite calling ahead to clarify. Single man in front of us booked into a family room - whilst the 4 of us behind were told no rooms available - we all had to with. Bathroom dated - pool disgusting with loose tiles and grotty changing rooms.
Great price for a great room. Breakfast was definitely value for money. The female member of staff at Breakfast was fantastic.
Some parts look a bit dated. Also it could do with USB sockets in the rooms. Most hotels have them now.
