Clean modern and filled with lovely staff

Convenient for hospital have stayed before so knew what to expect, nice restaurant loads of parking
Unfortunately the room we had been given had a rather noisy water tank above and kept us awake

Lift didn’t work but gave us a ground floor room which was great for us
Food and service good the staff friendly and helpful.
To be honest everything excellant but no lift as kunder repair. Not their fault but caused difficulty for partner. But we do fully understand and did not dpoil the stay. We gave stayed many times and will continue using them
We have nothing we did not like its great location plenty of parking.

Comfortable room but the wash basin tap in our room 16 was very stiff and couldn’t turn it to get hot water. The Toilet not flushing very well either

The hotel is looking a bit tired
Visited before, plenty of parking easy access
Staff said that Travellers had moved in behind the property. Loud sounds of generators, banging and barking dogs into the early hours and then again first thing in the morning. Upgrade opportunity offered by Booking.com which was accepted. Staff knew nothing about it claiming “yeah Booking.com are always trying to sell stuff that doesn’t exist”. I explained that perhaps they shouldn’t use Booking.com anymore in that case. The reply was “no, we make too much money that way”. Finally, the lift was broken and the bath was quite badly cracked.
