The location is good but I won’t stay here again
Pros:

Location is good. The first room she put is in was dank, not super clean and the bathroom was missing a door knob. It felt dank, not what I imagined from the website. Second room was better. Breakfast was fine.

Aircon not working, room too hot. Staff were kind to assist and upgrade us.

I appreciate that the staff were kind and that the property is near to Syracuse Uni and SUNY ESF

Cons:

At the time we were there, the AC was not working at all. We slept in 85 F inside our room when the temp outside was way below 85 F. We thought we were going to be sick after. But on our 2nd day they upgraded us to a good room with working AC. Hopefully whatever issue on the 2nd floor rooms was fixed.

Overpriced
Pros:

The hotel is in awful shape. There are massive pot holes right outside the front door. The staff are indifferent at best. There is peeling and chipped paint everywhere from the elevator to the room. Why there are no fridges in the room is beyond me. The bathroom door did not shut. There was black mold in the shower. The mattresses were like rocks and the pillows flat. The room price was SO MUCH for such a low quality place. The lobby was pretty but it was misleading.

Beds were very uncomfortable. No heat or ac adjustment. Room was 80 and no way to adjust. Restraunt was expensive. $12 for 2 eggs
