Un hotel muy bonito y una atención excelente por parte del personal.
Pros:

La piscina y la zona exterior es bastante grande y bonita. Hay un salón abierto las 24 horas, genial para ir a trabajar o para las personas nocturnas. A pesar de estar al lado del tren y una carretera general el hotel cuenta con muy buena aislación por lo que a penas se escucha.

Cons:

El baño de la habitación y los pasillos eran un poco estrechos.

Pros:

A pochi passi dal centro (5-10 min Max a piedi)

Cons:

Problemi allo scarico del lavandino in bagno. Se non si metteva un secchiello sotto, si rischiava allagare il bagno. Per essere un 4 stelle mi sarei aspettato un maggior controllo prima di assegnare la stanza. Nessun problema al momento del check-out quando l’ho segnalato allo staff.

Le confort et la propreté

Cons:

Parking tout petit donc pas de place , il faut aller se garer à 10 minutes à pied dans un parking public ! Quand on a une voiture neuve, ce n’est pas pratique.

Location was OK and close to the main Cannes town and beach

Cons:

Room was extremely small and not enough space. Value for money poor, no water replenishment when room cleaned, no tea and coffee refresh each day.

I should have had VIP access, I had to ask about the room credit for beverages of €39, I complained about our room as it was dark like a dungeon and even though there was a upgrade available I was charged €315 to change room, Expedia then offered me the option to upgrade to the same room for €205 after I had paid as the hotel
Insists on card details,city tax upfront, then when I asked for some more coffee in the room we used the 4 pods over 4 days and I was charged €3 per pod, the staff were pretty friendly but still it felt like they wanted to draw every possible penny from you… breakfast was really poor, there were coach trips staying from Germany and breakfast was chaos, we stayed a week and the last bit one day there was no coach tour stating and we came down to an amazing breakfast which was strange there were French toast pancakes brioche .. extra charcuterie jams spreads coffee pods for a machine, then the last day it was the same so I asked why and was told the touts pay €4 for breakfast and we paid €20 so rather than give the tour too much we had to pay €16 extra each day and they seem to feel this was acceptable…all in all this should not be a VIP property as you definitely do not get any extra… feel totally financially abused by this property that we went to for our tenth wedding anniversary

Quel dommage !
Pros:

Proximité centre ville. Qualité chambre. aspect bâtiment. Jardin. Le voiturier est un homme très avenant et agréable. Le seul digne de l'hôtel. Merci à lui et félicitations pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Cons:

A part le voiturier qui est irréprochable et particulièrement respectueux, aidant et sympathique, le personnel ne sourit pas. Querelles de femmes de ménages dans le couloir en roumain à coté de la salle de petit déjeuner et de l'accueil en criant pendant de longues minutes sans que qui que ce soit de l'hôtel n'intervienne. Accueil à l'arrivée moyen. Pas d'enthousiasme. Triste comme trop d'hôtels en France.
Impossible de sortir ne serait-ce que 10 minutes dans le jardin après 20h. Inadmissible. Justification : il est arrivé dans le passé que des clients crient ou ne respectent pas les lieux. Nous sommes donc traités comme des enfants de 10 ans.
Peut-être que le jour ou une personne sautera dans la piscine en éclaboussant un client, l'accès à la piscine sera définitivement interdit ? Le mieux pour vous serait peut-être de fermer l'hôtel. Vous n'auriez ainsi plus jamais de problème avec vos clients.
Malheureusement, nous sommes bien élevés et n'avons donc pas fait de scandale et sommes simplement parti un jour avant la date prévue, sans nous faire rembourser évidemment. A moins d'une réaction adaptée de l'établissement, nous ne reviendrons probablement pas dans cet hôtel. C'est dommage car les concepteurs ont bien étudié le bâtiment, son confort, son insonorisation et son look.
