Comfy would go again but opt for handicapped room.
Pros:

Clean and great breakfast. Woman taking care of breakfast was very nice and friendly.

Cons:

Would have been helpful to have a hand held in the shower as well as a grab bar. Shower head so high I did not want to wash my hair but could not avoid it because water spray so high. I was afraid of falling in shower also because no grab bars.

Clean and comfortable and perfect place to relax for one-night or more!
Pros:

Front desk staff was exceptional. Helpful, answered questions. Helped me with a needed change. Also very nice when checking out. Met a couple of the room cleaners on my way out and they were also friendly.

Bed was amazing. Comfortable, lots of pillows. Slept great and I know it was the bed.

Really good shower; hot and good water pressure. There was plenty of soap, shampoo, etc. Plenty of towels for the two of us and the bath towel was very fluffy and large. Neither the linens or the towels smelled like chemicals (like bleach) which is frequently the case.

Working ice machine easy to get to as it was across from elevator. Ice bucket and glasses.

Ice water in the lobby; even at 2am when I happened to go out with my dogs.

A place for dogs to do their thing outside. My pet-peeve is when dog friendly hotels have not place to actually take the dogs outside. This alone makes this place memorable.

Shout out to Wanda from the front desk. She was spectacular and helpful and had a very welcoming and happy smile. Thank you Wanda J!

Cons:

Truly nothing they could do better. Everything was just so organized and clean and comfortable.

If there was anything that could have gone wrong is when I needed to get ahold of somebody to change my reservation due to a hurricane that impeded the drive. The phone number is a central number so to do what I needed to do I had to be transferred which took a few minutes. BUT the person that was doing the transfer actually stayed on the line until it actually went through. Kudos to them. Now that is customer service. Thank you.
