Este situat destul de aproape de Piata San Marco

Camere foarte mici, cu aer destul de inchis, daca dormi cu geamul deschis sunt foarte multi tantari. Cu geamurile inchise simti nevoia sa aerisesti

Great location and nice staff, easy check-in

Cons:

Unfortunately, when we arrived the power was out and then when the power came back on the air-conditioning was not working in the room and was way too hot. We were given a fan but was still too hot

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente . El personal de la noche y la mañana muy bien nos solucionaron provisionalmente los inconvenientes. Estaba limpio y el desayuno es muy bueno.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y pusieron un ventilador sin avisarme previamente . Tuvimos que dormir en otra habitación que estaban reformando usando solo la cama porque estaban pintando .

Great place to stay in Venice
Pros:

They really looked after us during a heatwave and several powercuts. Super joyful and friendly staff. The location was fab, super close to tourist attractions, but further down the tail of the fish that it didn't always feel overwhlmingly busy. There are about 5 bridges leading to the square that the building is based in, so access to different parts of Venice was super easy!

Not enough value for money. We were left a bit underwhelmed by our stay here for the price we paid!
Pros:

The sizes of the rooms are very underwhelming.
The staff gave us the smallest and probably the worst room in the hotel. On the top floor, in the blazing summer sun. The A/c's don't cool the room sufficiently and you must request for a pedestal fan when travelling in summer.
We had to put our foot down and demand a change of room which they did eventually provide.

Apart from the initial hiccup, the stay was pleasant since we spent most of the time outdoors and came back only at night to sleep.

Cons:

The size of the room was too small.
The air conditioning was left wanting.
The tapestry and beds can be better and cleaner.
The overall maintenance and cleanliness of the place could be better.
The location is very central, so that is the trade off for all of the above.
