Just okay and noisy.
Pros:

The property location was great. The room was nice except there was no air conditioning for 3 days. (Italy rule.)Windows open allowed in mosquitos which ate us alive! Street noise was hard to sleep through. Unless they offer a better solution I won’t be back. Staff was so nice though just didn’t understand.

Cons:

No air. Government rule. Terrible situation because of mosquitoes. 80 degrees in room with windows shut. Had to open.

Super wypoczynek
Pros:

Śniadania bardzo dobre, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie obojętnie, o której godzinie przyjdzie (7.00 - 10.00) Obsługa niezwykle uprzejma i bardzo pomocna, lokalizacja genialna, blisko do największych atrakcji Wenecji i przystanku autobusu wodnego. Pokój sprzątany codziennie, łazienka w pokoju, ktorym mieszkaliśmy niedawno odnowiona. Byliśmy zachwyceni z żoną z wypoczynku.

Eine tolle Zeit in einem familiären Umfeld.
Pros:

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine Tochter hat Lebensmittel Unverträglichkeiten und darauf wurde direkt reagiert. Am zweiten Morgen stand schon direkt ein separates Körbchen bereit.
Die Reinigungskraft hat uns was gegen Moskitos im Zimmer gegeben und einen Ventilator, da man die Klimaanlage nicht separat steuern konnte. Auch die Herren an der Rezeption waren immer hilfsbereit. Sei es mit Restaurant Empfehlungen, Kleingeld für den Automaten oder schneller Hilfe, als wir noch eine Nacht länger bleiben mussten aufgrund des Streiks. Der Umzug in das neue Zimmer wurde auch vom Hotel übernommen, sodass wir uns um nichts kümmern mussten.

Cons:

Leider konnte man die Klimaanlage nicht separat steuern.

Pros:

Picturesque place. We had a room with a wonderful view overlooking Parrocchia di Santa Maria Formosa.

Cons:

The square Santa Maria Formosa is a bit loud at nights, but it’s Venice. Keep it in mind in case it’s important to you.
