Pros:

Hatten ein kleines Doppelzimmer gebucht und wurden upgegrated. Gute Ausstattung. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Nähe zur S-und U-Bahn

Cons:

Im Gegensatz zum meinem letztjährigen Aufenthalt bei ihnen, hat sich einiges bei ihnen verändert. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer (Badezimmer) Das Frühstück entspricht leider nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel, die Wurstauswahl lässt zu wünschen übrig, die Käsescheiben waren trocken, das war im letzten Jahr sehr viel besser. Ich kann ihnen leider wirklich keine 4 Sterne mehr geben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Einfach nur schade.

Pros:

Wir brauchten ein Hotel in der Gegend und kamen ins NH Mitte. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, saubere und freundlich gestaltete Zimmer und ein 24h-SB-Minimarkt im Hotel machten unseren Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel.

Great stay!
Pros:

Tolles Personal, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis

Super freundliches Personal, gute Lage (aber nicht direkt Innenstadt oder Hafennähe), es wird aufs Detail geachtet (Wasserkocher mit Tee und löslichem Kaffe auf dem Zimmer, Schuhanzieher vorhanden).
