Ich habe schon für Weihnachten gebucht. Das sagt doch alles!
Pros:

Da ich dieses Hotel öfter nutze, bin ich immer sehr von der Freundlichkeit des Personals angetan!

Cons:

Nicht gefallen ist nicht das richtige Wort. Das Zimmer war sehr warm und leider habe ich erst am Morgen die Bedienung der Klimaanlage gefunden.

Die Lage ist super, das Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, hatte keinen Schrank und nicht einmal ein Regalbrett, es konnte wirklich nichts irgendwo abgelegt werden.

Excellent Location
Pros:

I had an overall very positive experience at NH Mitte Hamburg. The hotel stands out for its excellent location, offering easy access to the main points of interest in the city as well as public transport.

The service provided by the staff also deserves high praise — consistently professional, attentive and helpful, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Cons:

However, there is one aspect that I believe deserves consideration. Room cleaning and housekeeping are only carried out upon prior request by the guest. While I understand that this policy may be related to sustainability or operational efficiency, in my opinion this is an essential and basic service in any hotel stay and should not depend on an explicit request from the guest.

I believe that providing this service by default — while allowing guests to opt out if they wish — would further enhance the overall guest experience.

In summary, this is a well-located hotel with a good standard of service, but with room for improvement in this specific area.

It was great and location helped us to hang around Hamburg easily!
Pros:

Location is great and it is almost at the central of Hamburg.

Cons:

Everything was great until the check out day. A cleaner knocked the door at 9am to check if we are still in. He did more than 5 times and he attempted to open the door with his card. I then opened the door and told him that we have time until 12:00 for check out. Afterwards, he left. It was really annoying that he was trying to come in.

Also, the windows are dangerous for families who has younger kids. There is no lock mechanism. It needs definitely some attention.

Ein kurzer Wochenendtrip mit einem großem Erholungswert
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal!
Die Ausstattung der Zimmer mit Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine war sehr gut,
das Badezimmer sehr sauber und großzügig geschnitten.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem und man hat in diesen sehr gut geschlafen.
Die beiden Kopfkissen pro Bett und die Große Bettdecke war sehr weich und sauber und haben angenehm gerochen!
Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und die Bedienung und die Küche haben die Wünsche der Gäste sofort umgesetzt!
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, daher kurze Wege zur Neuen Flora und zur der U-Bahnstation U3!

Cons:

Das Parken und die Auffahrt zum Parkdeck war sehr eng.
Der Parkplatz ist in die Jahre gekommen und durch die neuen breiteren Autos ist die Parkzone sehr eng!

Pros:

La ubicación y el personal de recepción.

Cons:

La habitación demasiado pequeña. La tv rota y a pesar de decirlo wn dos ocasiones no la arreglaron. El baño olia fatal. El wc a orina. La limpieza de habitaciones no ers buena. Camas estiradas y mal hechas. Se okvidaban los trapos de limpieza por la habitación. Entraron un dia a las 8 de la mañana a limpiar y estabamos durmiendo.
