Bon rapport mais très mauvais personnel pour un 4 étoiles.
Pros:

L’hôtel est très beau et bien entretenu. Le plus c’est le mini bar avec eau et limonade. Tout est bien insonorisé et la literie est confortable

Cons:

Le personnel qu’on a l’impression de déranger dès qu’on pose une question ! Si on est pas italien on a pas droit au même traitement ! Dommage pour le prix ! La salle de petit déjeuner est très bruyante et là encore on a l’impression dès qu’on ne comprend pas l’explication donnée, ça s’énerve !

Pros:

Le bâtiment dans lequel est situé l'hôtel est très beau. Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles (mais sans aucun charme). Le petit déjeuner est bon sans être exceptionnel mais en accord avec son prix (12€).
Bien situé si on vient en train (en face de la gare).

Cons:

L'environnement de l'hôtel, face à la gare, n'est vraiment pas agréable. Face à un immense parking, qui peut s'avérer pratique lorsque celui de l'hôtel est complet (ce qui arrive apparemment fréquemment). Attention toutefois au prix exorbitant de ce parking public, 54€ pour 10h (alors qu'il est affiché 27€ les 24h) On aurait apprécié que le personnel nous prévienne lorsqu'ils nous ont envoyé là bas. Personnel courtois mais peu chaleureux.
La chambre assez impersonnelle et également peu chaleureuse. Le lit au confort moyen. La salle de bain avec les toilettes collées à la porte et au mur.
La chambre était assez sombre puisque donnant sur l'énorme bâtiment austère d'une entreprise. C'était franchement glauque.
Pour moi cet hôtel ne correspond absolument pas aux standards habituels des Best Western et mérite à peine 3 étoiles, bien loin des 4 annoncées.
Le rapport qualité prix n'est vraiment pas bon.

La camera, il materasso, il cuscino, il water incastrato nel lavandino. Tutto quando molto scomodo. Cosa che non dovrebbe succedere visto le 4 stelle dell'hotel e il prezzo che ho pagato per una notte
