Needs to do better
Pros:

Excellent location, across the street from Genova Brignole train and metro stations and at a major bus junction. A market around the corner. Walking distance from the old town.

Cons:

Dirty pillowcase when I first arrived at the room, but it was immediately replaced. I didn’t give it much thought, considering it an isolated incident - one of those unfortunate oversights that just happens.

Then I purchased some pesto as a souvenir, which the merchant was kind enough to wrap in ice to keep it cool and fresh. I asked the hotel staff to deep-freeze it until my departure. The bar staff kindly obliged, but when checking out, I was handed the bag warm, with the ice wrapper melted - as if it had never reached a refrigerator, let alone a freezer. I had even purchased a thermo-bag for the upcoming transit.

In the context of the initial incident, this leaves a disappointing impression of carelessness and a lack of attention expected from a four-star hotel experience.

Muito boa! Próxima à estação de trem e com ótimo custo-benefício.
Pros:

A localização é perfeita para quem vai de trem, um a dois minutos andando da saída a estação. E dá para chegar ao centro histórico caminhando 10 minutos. Quarto limpo, custo benefício muito bom. Paguei o café da manhã à parte e tinham boas opções e tudo muito bem-feito.
