Pros:

Ein sehr gut gemachtes Haus. Schöne Lobby. Sehr gute Zimmerausstattung mit Freigetränken, Nespressoautomaten und sehr hochwertigen Pflegeprodukten. Ausgesprochen netter persönlicher Empfang. Gepflegter SPA und Fitnessraum.

Da gab es nichts auszusetzen.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt, aber ohne Aussicht im Standard-DZ
Pros:

Sehr zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Parkplatz EUR 17,-/Tag im Nebengebäude bequem erreichbar.
Insg. ein gut ausgestattetes Hotel.

Cons:

Standard-DZ mit Aussicht gebucht, bekommen haben wir das Zimmer Nr. 220 mit Blick auf einen Innenhof in der sich eine Glaspyramide befand. Folge: keine Aussicht und weniger Tageslicht. Daher stimmt die Zimmerbeschreibung bei booking nicht mit der Realität überein. An der Rezeption musste ich erklären was unter "Aussicht" zu verstehen ist. Die Kollegen gaben sich verwundert, dennoch wurde versucht uns ein anderes Zimmer zu vermitteln, was aber nicht gelang, weil die Deluxe-Zimmer mit Blick auf den Marktplatz belegt waren.
