Pros:

Хорошая локация, по этой причине и выбрал этот отель. Отель не новый, но чистоту стараются сохранять. Также возле отеля есть парковка для самокатов в аренду, очень удобно, когда позволяет погода.

Pros:

It was excellent for the price range. Breakfast was was great and the room was clean. The staff was very helpful.
We had a problem with check-in. I don't know if this was Expedia's or the hotels problem, but either way, they allowed bus to stay the first night anyway untill things got worked out.

Отель является "дочкой" расположенного неподалеку более дорогого отеля Шера Парк Инн. То же белье, туалетные принадлежности, да и завтрак повидимому просто доставляется из этого расположенного по соседству отеля. Завтрак однообразный (каждый день одно и то же), выбор поменьше, чем в старшем отеле и, что огорчило, "горячие" блюда были отнюдь не горячими, что не удивительно.
Огорчила недостоверная реклама - в частности, бассейна в отеле нет, как и сауны. Предложили ходить в соседний отель, но бассейн в отеле и бассейн в другом отеле - это не одно и то же.
Персонал старательный и вежливый, но неопытный. В частности, при отъезде с меня пытались взять деньги за лишний день (посчитали и день заезда, и день отъезда). Помогло то, что у меня была распечатка бронирования, в которой была написана дата отъезда, и констатировалось, что все оплачено на сайте.
Номер убирали не всегда.
Странная планировка номера - умывальник в комнате, туалет и душ за дверцей из матового стекла. Для одного не напрягает, но не уверен, что понравится парам.
Но в целом, учитывая стоимость бронирования, неплохо. Достаточно комфортно за уплаченные деньги, но не стоит вводить гостей в заблуждение по поводу предоставляемых услуг..
