Pros:

Superbe emplacement. Tout se fait à pieds depuis l’hôtel. La chambre était confortable et très propre.

Cons:

L’accueil est tout juste dans les standards. C’est mécanique, sans chaleur ni attention. C’est décevant sur cette dimension.

Had a good stay in a very pretty place.
Pros:

Very nice hotel, clean, modern and in a good location, although the walls a bit thin as you can hear your neighbours it didn’t trouble us.

Cons:

3 things, 1, no in-room fridge 2, no in-room safe box and 3, only one English speaking channel on the TV (France24 English) BBC and CNN listed but didn’t work.

Great place to stay in Annecy
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and the price was fair.
Parking was expensive but convenient. The location was walkable to most everything. The complimentary coffee bar was really a great touch. Staff were all friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

We would have liked a small refrigerator in our room to keep a couple of food items we bought at the market.

Die Lage war äusserst komfortabel, ca. 5 Minuten zur Altstadt, trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut bestückt. Die Betten waren komfortabel und aus dem Zimmer hatte man eine schöne Aussicht. Auch das Badezimmer hatte ein Fenster zum öffnen. PP lag direkt hinter dem Hotel (Vorbestellung) in einer grossen Halle. Den ganzen Tag konnte man sich selber Kaffee oder Tee zubereiten, die nötigen Maschinen und Utensilien fand man zwischen dem Eingang und der ersten Etage.

Super buffet pour le petit déjeuner.
Proximité avec la gare et la vieille ville et le Lac d'Annecy... hôtel en retrait dans un rue calme.
