For reservations of more than 5 nights or more than 5 rooms, the hotel requires a deposit of the first night of the reservation. For any cancelations, the hotel keep totality of deposit.

The room was clean and comfy and had AC. It's close to the station and 10min walk to the lake
It's very expensive. Breakfast and parking are super expensive as well
The front desk people were terrific. They had great restaurant suggestions and even gave us clear directions on where we could do laundry. They were also just generally friendly. The breakfast was great and reasonably priced.
The room was a little quirky- Not ideal if you struggle with steps in the night but possibly that was unique to our room.

Das Hotel befindet sich sehr zentral und trotzdem nicht direkt an der Hauptstrasse. Daher war es sehr ruhig, was wir bevorzugen. Nichts desto trotz erreichte man die Altstadt in kurzer Zeit zu Fuss. Der Parkplatz befindet sich in einer Einstellhalle mit zusätzlicher Garagenbox, sodass es super geschützt ist.

La chambre un peu petite ainsi que la salle de bains. La baignoire était trop haute pour des personnes avec des problèmes de genoux et pas de support pour se tenir afin de ne pas tomber. Ils manquent également des supports pour pendre les linges.

Location was perfect - quiet area. Air conditioning was huge during the heat wave. Nice size room. Bar available till midnight in case a need for a nightcap.
Why is Free coffee only available from 1pm-9? Some staff were a bit unfriendly…
Very close to the railway station and within walking distance to everything.
Position (close to everything), great breakfast, air conditioning, ability to open windows, rooms very comfortable.
Late check- in -:4pm is the latest we have ever encountered - although the benefit I guess is relatively late check out at 11am. Staff very welcoming however and offer of refreshments welcome. Also able to leave bags. Outlook from property not that attractive.
