Lo mejor la ubicación.
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, en el corazón de Estambul a 5 minutos caminando de la plaza Sultanhamet, de la Mezquita azul, etc. El hotel es pequeño, apenas 12 habitaciones. Rodeado de restaurantes y bazares. La zona es muy segura a cualquier hora del día o de la noche. Las vistas al Bósforo y a la Mezquita Azul desde la sala de desayuno merecen la pena.
El desayuno es correcto, aunque le falta un poco de variedad occidental.
El personal es muy atento y servicial.

Cons:

La habitación es correcta, aunque un poco pequeña, con poco espacio para moverse.. El baño es pequeño, en especial el habitáculo de la ducha. Además le haría falta un armario un poco más grande, pues se queda pequeño.

Die Lage ist top!!
Die Hagia Sophia und die Blaue Moschee sind einen Spaziergang entfernt.
Zum großen Basar 15 Minuten.
Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse ist sehr gut, angenehme Mitarbeiter, Fahrstuhl, alles sehr sauber.
Täglicher Roomservice. Kühlschrank, Heizung, genügend Steckdosen und Licht.....
Transfer zum Flughafen 35 €.
Unzählige Restaurants in allen Richtungen.
In der nahen kleinen Fußgängerzone noch mehr.
Sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Zimmer sind ziemlich klein. Kaum Platz für die leeren Koffer. Nur ein Schrank.
Die angegebenen 25 Quadratmeter müssen korrigiert werden. Nettofläche wahrscheinlich nur ca 18 Quadratmeter

gerne wieder wegen der Lage
Pros:

1. Tag - super Frühstück.
Lage 1a - weil alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der fußläufigen Umgebung
Personal sehr zuvorkommend
Sicht vom Zimmer perfekt
Frühstück im 4 Stock mit super Sicht

Cons:

Heizung fällt mager aus (erste Märzwoche 0 - 10 Grad in der Stadt)
ab dem 2. Tag Frühstück, als wenn das Hotel den Besitzer gewechselt hätte und zwei Bewertungsstufen runtergefallen ist - sehr eigenartig. Immer noch okay, doch ein riesiger Unterschied zum ersten Tag.
Personal hat versucht auszugleichen.

Een prettig en comfortabel verblijf op een toplocatie met prachtig uitzicht, heerlijk ontbijt en vriendelijke service, o
Pros:

De locatie is ideaal, op loopafstand van de Sultan Ahmet Moskee, de Blauwe Moskee, de Aya Sofia en het Topkapi Sarayı. Ook de Kennedy Caddesi aan zee is gemakkelijk te bereiken. Vanuit onze kamer en het balkon hadden we een prachtig uitzicht op de zee.

De kamer werd dagelijks goed schoongemaakt, met schoon beddengoed en frisse handdoeken. De minibar werd elke dag aangevuld met water, wat erg prettig was.

Het ontbijt werd geserveerd op het dakterras met een schitterend uitzicht op de zee en de Blauwe Moskee. Het was uitgebreid en gevarieerd, met verschillende kazen, mezzes en fruit. Elke dag waren er verse Turkse thee en koffie. Mevrouw Zeliha maakte op verzoek heerlijke Turkse menemen of omeletten, wat het verblijf extra bijzonder maakte.

Al met al een zeer fijne en comfortabele accommodatie waar wij met veel plezier verbleven.

Cons:

Het personeel was over het algemeen vriendelijk en respectvol, maar kwam soms wat jong en terughoudend over, waardoor het leek alsof zij nog weinig ervaring hadden. Dit is mogelijk te verklaren doordat het hotel ongeveer een jaar geleden is overgenomen door een nieuwe eigenaar.

Daarnaast ging het brandalarm meerdere dagen achter elkaar af en werd dit probleem pas na drie dagen opgelost, wat als storend werd ervaren.

Ook werkte het sleutelpasje van onze kamer regelmatig niet goed. Na ongeveer drie dagen begon dit probleem en moesten wij meerdere keren naar de receptie om het pasje opnieuw te laten activeren. Dit is in totaal drie keer gebeurd tot aan onze check-out, wat de indruk gaf dat de oorzaak niet direct werd gevonden.

Hoewel ons verblijf over het algemeen prettig was, zijn dit punten die zeker voor verbetering vatbaar zijn.

My stay could have been excellent if the bed situation was sold without additional charges.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and whatever I asked if they had it , it was given to me right away.

Cons:

Betrayal: before I confirmed the payment on my room, I called the hotel to verify the size of the bed in a double bed room, I was told a king bed that can be spit into 2 beds if I wanted to.
When I checked in my room had a queen bed and when I tried to dispute, I was told that the hotel has only queen beds that can be spit into 2 twins.

Cute hotel with top location
Pros:

This cute small hotel overexceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, so close to the main Istanbul sigths and just 5 minutes walk from the tram station. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was cosy and clean. We loved the breakfast on the rooftop terrace and big thanks to the lady from the kitchen. We realy enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

Buona scelta se non cerchi un Hotel
Pros:

Posizione eccezionale la struttura é posizionata adiacente Moschea Blu (con adiacente bazar), Santa Sofia ed a pochi passi da tutte le attrazioni del quartiere Sulthanamet, camera con vista unica sul Bosforo ed il versante asiatico di Istanbul, splendida terra dove fare una (scarsa) colazione ammirando la Moschea Blu.

Cons:

Più che un albergo è una pensione, oltre alle reception non ci sono servizi, stanze non insonorizzate (fastidiosi rumori dí acqua), colazione scarsa a meno delle ottime uova/omelette fatte dalla signora garbatissima, infissi scarsi pieni di spifferi.
