Close to all places we needed to go in Norwich
Room very clean , but furniture very tied
Carpet Al need replacing in corridors doesn't do the hotel justice
But I must make it very clear excellent stay staff great
Breakfast amazing
This is now our go to hotel when we are in Norwich

Good value for money.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was good and the room was comfortable. Good selection at breakfast and the food was a good standard.

Cons:

The property is a little tired round the edges. Restaurant food is rather expensive.

Basic but comfortable
Pros:

This is a basic hotel with all the necessaries but the big extra is the staff. They go out of their way to make a stay as comfortable as possible and nothing is too much trouble. While the place looks tired and is in need of an upgrade, it's all clean and accessible. The baths need to be replaced by showers and the loveky people need to be dressed in something other than black. We had everything we needed. The location is handy for the airport and has plenty of parking, along with a small supermarket close to the site.

ok if you just need a bed to sleep in and a coffee in the morning
Pros:

Clean staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

bar area is horrible and unwelcoming we met there for a drink first and quickly left, Hotel looks grotty from outside and trapped in the 70/80 inside, breakfast (cooked) looked like it had been there a few hours sausages shriveled and dry tomatoes rock hard and not cooked

Noise levels on the floor and outside the window was horrendous. People screaming and shouting u til 4am was unacceptable

Cons:

Single glazed windows in 2026 is just ridiculous. People slamming doors and shouting at all hours

The reception staff were great if I needed any extras brought to the room

Cons:

No milk in the rooms on arrival but not a biggie at all! They brought some for us as soon as we asked :)
