Couldn’t fault the efficiency and friendliness of the staff but the hotel is not 4 star standard.

The location was ideal. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is not a 4 star standard. The hotel is dated and in need of a freshen up. The breakfast was chaotic. On the first 2 days of our stay there was only one member of staff on duty in the breakfast room. She was trying to do everything herself including accepting deliveries to the hotel. There wasn’t much choice of food. Coffee machine not working and dirty crockery on every table.

Идеальное расположение. Чисто парижский маленький, но уютный, чистый отель, с доброжелательным персоналом. Завтраки хорошие, без излишеств.

Larger than usual comfortable room in exceptional location.
Pros:

The location is excellent. This street is absolutely buzzing with different types of restaurants from French brasseries to Korean chicken and Japanese eateries. It is very close to iconic locations such as the Louvre, Opera and the Palais Royal. The room was above average size for Paris which was very much appreciated and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I didn't like. However, I forgot my son's Apple phone charger which is the old model and I would have liked to be able to borrow one from reception.
