Netjes, prima kamer en een goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Om 7.00 s’ochtends werden we op zaterdag wakker van de glazenwasser die alle ramen aan het doen was. We hebben dit aangegeven bij de receptie bij het uitchecken.

Pros:

Ruime driepersoonskamer, klein appartement leek het wel met apare extra slaapkamer.

Cons:

Onderburen zaten hele avond gezellig op hun balkon, hoewel ze niet luid spraken was zelfs met ramen dicht hun hele gesprek voortdurend te volgen. Ook was de wasbak zo enorm hoog dat de kruin van de kinderen niet eens bij de onderkant kwam. Das lastig met bv tandenpoetsen en handen wassen. Ontbijt was oke, niet bijzonder.

Ein zimmer das unsangebiten wurde stank fürchterlich nach Fäkalien,ohne Entschuldigung und ohne Kommentar wurde uns ein schlüssel für ein anderes Zimmer gegeben

We are very disappointed with our experience. My partner and I booked your hotel, and we wanted to extend our stay for one more night. We came to the reception between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m., and the receptionist told us that the price would be higher than on Booking.com because of taxes and other charges.

When I said that I did not agree with the higher price, she suddenly told us that there were no rooms available. However, we checked Booking.com ourselves and saw that there were still seven apartments available.

It seems that she is trying to make extra money from guests by charging more than the advertised price. If guests do not agree to pay the higher amount, they are simply told that there are no rooms available. We find this behavior very unprofessional and disappointing
