I like this hotel because is close to Paulista Avenue , walkable and also the employees are wonderful but I was disappointed with the breakfast
Safe and convenient location 10 minute walk to Paraiso station. Breakfast was excellent. Elevators fast.i would stay here again.

Wont even be given free bottle waters in the room very day, stayed 5 days, only fist night you get water included. Employees arent happy to be there, food is mediocre.

The service was terrible. Especially the room cleaning. I stayed 6days there, they changed bedding sheet on 5th day in such a hot session. The no- disturb sign stayed on floor for 3 days until I picked it up, nobody do it.
The bedding is pure fiber without or very less cotton, feel very uncomfortable when sleep.
I traveled 50 countries, this is one of the worse experiences.

We had nightmare in staying with this Radisson hotel.
The robbery was happened to us at 3:00 PM.
My wife and I were standing in front of the Radisson sign and trying to take a picture of this Radisson hotel. The robbery happened with 10-20 Radisson staffs next to us, about 5 meters away. My wife’s Phone was robbed away by a biker. I was pushed down on the side walk.
All the staffs just watched without any pity.
I asked them to report to police, and them said they are not understanding English. Asked us to report to police at airport.
I was badly injured with scratches all over my face, belly, hands, and knees.
