L'amabilité du personnel, L'emplacement, L'esprit historique du lieu, les petites intentions

Cons:

Le matelas était trop mou et s'enfonçait.
Il a fait très chaud dans les chambres et la climatisation n'avait pas encore était mise en route car quelque jours encore avant il faisait froid a Grenoble.

Belle expérience pour découvrir Grenoble
Pros:

La belle vue, la proximité des transports, l'emplacement et le personnel très gentil

Cons:

La fenêtre était difficile à ouvrir et la chambre n'avait pas de climatisation. Le premier soir j'ai eu très chaud dans la chambre. Mais Tania la femme de ménage a pu ouvrir la fenêtre le matin.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und ok.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist eine Zumutung! Ein penetranter miefender Geruch ist im Zimmer welcher sich nach nur einer Nacht in allen Kleidern - im Koffer!! - festsetzt. Wir haben die Kleider wegen dem Schmudelzimmer im Koffer gelassen. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.
Das Hotel bietet einen privaten Parkplatz an. Dafür will der Rezeptionist einen Mietvertrag abschliessen und verlangt für die Herausgabe des Schlüssels eine Kaution von Euro 100. Das konnte ich nicht akzeptieren und habe auf den Parkplatz verzichtet.

L'hotel est trés bien situé, la vue magnifique sur les montagnes au reveil est assez fabuleuse !
Aspect retro bien maintenu dans les communs et dans les chambres

Cons:

...mais quelques fois le retro est un peu trop intense, ca fait un peu viellot....pas d'indication d'un parking pas dans le parking....

Su magnífica ubicación en la céntrica plaza de Víctor Hugo, así como el trato de sus empleados, muy amables.

Cons:

Nos tocó una habitación en la buhardilla de la quinta planta, si bien el ascensor solamente llegaba a la cuarta. Además va precisando nuestra habitación una reforma que incluya una cama doble más ancha, el mobiliario algo anticuado
….y en general cierto aspecto viejuno. Además va preciando una cambio de llaves por tarjetas magnética….así podremos emplear dos tarjetas para la misma habitación.
