Excellent location, comfortable, quiet, aircon, lovely views and balcony. Great shower and super bed
Pros:

Great location, fab air con, great square views, quiet, lovely reception staff and amazing comfy beds. Super clean room

Cons:

No room fridge, no tea/coffee morning tray in the room, could only get wine by the bottle /half bottle as no real bar area

Un bel hôtel mais chaud dans la chambre (canicule)
Pros:

Un bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

La climatisation était très faible et en période de canicule cela ne suffit pas et impossible de régler le souffle d’air pour la voir sur le lit.

员工友善亲切、酒店地理位置优越、房间干净整洁
Pros:

员工友善亲切，乐于助人。入住之前曾多次与酒店沟通停车场等相关问题均得到耐心解答且回复非常快。reception的亚裔女士体贴入微很关注客人的感受。我们的房间可以看到美丽的雨果广场，房间整洁宽敞。酒店地理位置优越方便去景点及用餐。酒店附近有我们喜欢的美味的Restaurant L'Épicurien。早餐在8：00-8：30左右大概是高峰时段，若想获得好的体验尽量避开这个时间，早餐品质不错，食材新鲜。

très belle vue de la chambre sur la place Victor Hugo et la chaine du Vercor derrière.

Cons:

J'aurai apprécié de savoir que le parking proposé par l'hôtel est certes à 5 minutes à pied de l'hôtel, mais à 20 minutes en voiture en période de pointe (arrivée 17h30...), car il faut faire un grand détour pour y parvenir et il y a des embouteillages.

staff were amazing and helpful to help us stay cool and comfortable.

Cons:

the first night we were in a hot room, but the second night we were moved to first floor room with a fan and AC. Much better. It's very hot everywhere.

Un bon hotel i millor gent.
Pros:

Esmorzars molt bé. L´habitació molt ben situada, amb una vista excel.lent a la plaça Victor Hugo. L´atenció del personal molt bona, doncs ens van ajudar molt a l´arribada per un problema que haviem tingut de l´estació al hotel.
