Important information:

From January 1st, 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night applies to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents (MY PR Card is exempted) are exempt.

Pros:

Place is clean. Hotel size is just nice- not too small or too big so the crowd is decent. The beach is great.

Cons:

The spa place is under construction our room direct view is the construction. The pool jacuzzi is also under construction so didn't get to enjoy it. Food spread is good but taste wise is nothing special.. could be better.

overall nice goodnight sleep, but not the pool experience
Pros:

The room is nice and comfortable. Breakfast selection is exceptional.

Cons:

The pool area needs renovation, the beach is dirty.. Hotel need to do some maintenance considering it is a private beach. doesnt feel five star at all!

Sea-View Room
Pros:

Great staff, large room, great food.

Cons:

The view of my room was not actually sea-view. My view was spoilt by the renovation activities in front of the room corridor. I can't see any beaches due to the room was at 1st floor. If the room is on 3rd floor, then maybe I can define the room is sea-view.

Pros:

The airy & spacious lobby, efficient front desk officers, the amenities in the bathroom, esp the choice of toilettries, comfortable pillows and the wide spread of breakfast options.

Cons:

There was not enough potters I guess.
