Clean, great location, comfortable
They charge for a small simple baby cot. Rm50+ per night. Even the 6 stars hotel provides a free baby cot.
Love the breakfast spread. Love the hospitality from the Sales Dept to the Front desk. Shout out to Tengku AM who made our stay a memorable one

Beach
We stayed in an executive suite and it was well worth the money. Very comfortable bed twin balconies and a stunning view of the sea. The pool is great and we had a wonderful breakfast with masses of choice and 2 nice meals at the deli. Walking on the beach in the early morning and the evening added to our stay and it is just in front of the hotel. We did not swim as there are jellyfish around just paddled. Special mention to Neyzey who runs the deli as she made our meals there extra special with her service.
It was a bit annoying that they were renovating the kids pool area during our stay

The location is quite far from city centre
Check-in was smooth. Parking slot was made available at the entrance/lobby. Pools were great for older kids and the younger ones. The beach was the best. Clean. No sampah/trash. Horse ride was a bonus.
