5 star hotel but more like 3 star
Cons:

Beach full of ATV and horse disturbing the peace. Hotel charge RM7 for ice which is not the norm for a 5 star hotel. Mattress is not new, sunken in both sides. Gave us a disabled room without prior informing, shower curtain is distasteful.

Lovely weekend by the beach
Pros:

We have stayed at Swiss-Garden Kuantan more than five times and it never disappoints. The location is excellent, situated right by the beach with stunning coastal views. The swimming pool area is beautifully designed and perfect for relaxing and the beds are always incredibly comfortable.
Also had dinner at the resort's restaurant and we were thoroughly impressed. the portions are very generous and easily enough for two people to share. This place remains our top recommendation for a relaxing weekend getaway or a special trip.

Cons:

Nothing major everything went smoothly.
