Important information:

From January 1st, 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night applies to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents (MY PR Card is exempted) are exempt.

Children aged 11 years and below stay for free when using existing bedding. Breakfast is not included.

Keadaan hotel yang tenang. Lobby hotel yg sgt luas dan banyak kerusi untuk santai² di malam hari sambil hirup udara yg segar. Staff yang friendly, bilik dan toilet hotel yg bersih. Kids pool yg best utk anak². Pemandangan susun atur di pantai jgk sgt cantik dan tenang. Love the vibes. Breakfast dkt sini pun best sgt, byk pilihan makanan dan minuman, dessert dan kuih-muih melayu juga disediakan. Kids club besar dan anak² pun rasa best.

Overall the place was beautiful and very comfort. The breakfast very good with many options.

Cons:

One aspect that I found quite disappointing was the strict enforcement of the swimming pool attire rules. I understand the importance of the swimming attire, but the policy felt overly restrictive compared to other 5-star hotels and resorts I have visited.

In my case, I was not allowed to enter the pool area at all because I was not wearing a swimsuit, even though I only intended to accompany and supervise my children while they were swimming.

Love it but sad
Pros:

Good staff, clean and comfortable.. the room was spacious.. good food because i'm taking breakfast.. many choices of menu..

Cons:

When i came, the pool slide for kid under maintainance.. a bit disappointed cause that was the main reason i stay.. to let my child play the splash splash area.. n the new rules required nylon only swimming suit..

Family loved it!
Pros:

Yummy breakfast, loved the beach and the timely room service. Parking felt nice and secure.

Cons:

The staff in the gym werent always present so we turned on the Sauna on our own. Pool was under renovation which was an eyesore. Wish there was a towel station at the pool for guests
