Pros:

Newly upgraded facility. Convenient location. Nice seating area at beach front.

Cons:

The sand is a bit polluted with mud. Though it is out of the control of the resort. Overall beach is still beautiful

overall i still enjoy my vacation here
Pros:

i like the vibes surround.

Cons:

1-i quite upset with laundry. they change towel but turn out it smelly.
2- reception quite busy seems. i try dial 0 but end up no one pick up. So i hv going down asking my request yet still they asking apologise for incovenient things which is so polite.mybe management should looking up more staff esp during public holiday.

Pros:

Love the new lobby and friendly staff. Room was comfortable for me and family. 6 of us.

Cons:

The pool was under renovation. Overall all good. My youngest still enjoyed the kids pool and slides.
