Nice but don’t think I will go back.

The pool was nice for kids but overall the beach was just OK.

Cons:

The room service was just bad. It took forever! 1 1/2 hour to deliver a club sandwich which tasted bad. To add salt to the wound, I was MADE to pay for this terrible sandwich which came nearly 10pm. I raised a complaint and refused to pay but the receptionist at the counter assured me he will lodge a complaint with the restaurant and the money will be refunded back within 7 days. I am still waiting for my RM45. It is not about the money. If you are not going to do it just say. Don’t be a scam!

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Swiss-Garden Beach Resort Kuantan — the perfect beachfront escape in Kuantan.
Pros:
