Room for improvement. The status of a five- star hotel is questionable.
Pros:

1. Beach access
2. Good breakfast buffet spread

Cons:

1. Female staff at the reception was not friendly. Wanted to charge me for parking even though I did not use the priority parking facilities.
2. Bedding smelled of body odour. Suspected the BO of the cleaning crew.
3. Bidet was difficult to use.
4. Difficult to find a parking space because my visit clashed with an on-going private event at the hotel. Priority should go to hotel guests.

Good kids-friendly hotel!
Pros:

Love the kids club, the pool and the gym. I like how the kids club are huge and it has lots of activities. The breakfast was good too, plenty of choices!

AMAZING
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable, the pool was great, and the breakfast was delicious. The whole experience was just so pleasant and relaxing. Honestly, everything was perfect and we loved it so much! Definitely would love to come back again. ❤️

Cons:

Nothing much to dislike! We loved the atmosphere, the beach access, and especially the fire show. Everything was just so nice!

We will come back again!
Pros:

The whole ambiance and environment is great! Breakfast is very good with many varieties and we are impressed with freshly squeezed juices provided which is rare. Blossom Chinese restaurant’s food is very tasty! The location is near to convenient store. We enjoyed using the Acca Kappa hand wash/body lotion/shower toiletries! They smell so good!
