Not as good as most Homewood Suites.
Pros:

Standard Homewood Suite hotel: roomy, large bed, good breakfast, snack shop, TV variety.

Cons:

No heat!
Didn’t report it until checkout. But I’ve never understood how rooms that are visited daily by housekeeping can have obvious problems like HVAC, drains, toilets, etc. not reported and fixed.

The rooms were clean

Cons:

They gave the room that I prepaid for to someone else, and I had to get a different room. I paid for a King suite and ended up with 2 queen beds. I think it is awful that you give away PREPAID rooms.

Pros:

I like the fact the the breakfast wasn't the normal cold cereal oatmeal & bagels. Everything was hot and fresh.
Also like that it had laundry a room & on Wednesdays they feed the guest for free, free drinks as well.
The housekeeper Miss Leena she was the house keeper on the 4th floor she was Awesome she made sure we didn't want for anything in our room.

Cons:

The rooms are really tight even though they're set up like tiny 1 bedroom apts. And for the price you would think the carpets were cleaned often, the hallway carpets were stale and dirty looking. Our water kept running in the bathroom know matter how hard we turned the handle it kept running.

Pros:

The night we got there they had no way of getting us in our correct room due to internet issues. 4adults and 2 small kids in 1 bed. Moved us later that night to again not our room. The next morning told us they had no other rooms to move us too. Free breakfast had gnats all over the place so we didn’t eat
