Lots of extra fees but overall great stay
Pros:

Great staff. Great location near stores. Comfortable bed. Clean. Safe. Lots of variety at breakfast but the eggs were not very good. Weight room was great and 24hr fitness is a block away.

Cons:

Ice maker didn’t work. Sink and toilet backed up. Maintenance fixed during our stay.

Pros:

Best hotel I have stayed in, in a very long time. GREAT front desk staff. When is the last time a hotel provided you with 2 bottles of water and a snack when you checked in? Just what every traveler needs after a day of traveling. Water! Such a great surprise and so welcoming! Very thoughtful of the management that runs this hotel. Awesome clean room. Comfortable bed. This hotel really surprised me! I will use it when I go to Portland from now on. Great breakfast as well. Up to date, with lots of choices for healthy, protein meal. PS. Very nice coffee!

Cons:

I saw NO room for improvement! This hotel just gets it right!

Overpriced, deceptive booking .com false information,outdated hotel!
Pros:

The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Also BOOKING .COM lied and said there was a pool !The Toilet was plugged, and I had to borrow a plunger from the front desk to fix it myself!The room was way over priced!
