Pros:

Bed was decent

Cons:

No pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. Called front desk. Had to go get the blankets. Was basically told “sorry, no pillows” - after a second call, he got us pillows. 5 people in the booking, room set up for 3, including towels. So then we had to get them as well.

Felt like at home, friendly atmosphere
Pros:

A rare hotel where I felt like at home. I loved the family atmosphere in this hotel. Complementary breakfast was good. Tacos were very good according to my husband. I preferred chia seeds and oats. Coffee was whole day available. Swimming pool was ok, a bit chill in February, but Jacuzzi was warm enough. It was possible to open windows in the room for nice outside breeze.

Kitchen utilities were partly available, I think on spoons, forks and knifes

Pros:

It was near a lot of good restaurants and easy access to freeway.

Cons:

Understaffed and generally rude. Pool was cold and hot tub was lukewarm. Housekeeping did not come even though they said they clean every other day. Toilet clogged and front desk person expected me to unclog it! That is unheard of at a hotel. When asked to speak to a manager, the front desk person did not know who to direct me to and finally came up to unclog the toilet himself after I said I would go to another hotel. So much for being Hilton Honors member.

Pros:

I loved the decor of the unit. I had a 1 bedroom king suite and it was wonderful. There is a full-size kitchen with a dishwasher. A pull out couch adds to your comfort. The high ceilings also make it more spacious. Not like others who have a low ceiling. And huge TV 's in the bedroom and living room area.
The location is right next to the Interstate 10 freeway, so you can get to wherever you need to go quickly. I will definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this hotel to others. There is also a hot breakfast every day.

Cons:

There is really nothing I did not like. The bed was comfortable. The building is quiet at night, so you will get a comfortable night's rest.

Would stay again .
Pros:

Easy location to find.
Denneys next door.
Spacious rooms and bathrooms with shower gel , shampoo, conditioner and lotion , even washcloths.
Really comfy pillows.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking is a bit of a rip off.
Hot water wasn’t that hot . I understand that water that is too hot is a liability but it could have been warmer .
Popcorn ceiling around the fan was really grubby.

Pros:

Very bad air conditioning, in Arizona it out air conditioning very horrible to stay . Two mini ac making only noise not getting cooling. Called front desk to change the room, they told that rooms are sold out!!! See this two bed edge. Hurts my leg with this 👎

Rooms were dirty when arrived. Placed at a different hotel did not get our rooms till later the next day. Bed was broken so it sank in the middle.
