Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful, the area was nice, the hotel was clean and visually very pleasing.

Bed was decent

Cons:

No pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. Called front desk. Had to go get the blankets. Was basically told “sorry, no pillows” - after a second call, he got us pillows. 5 people in the booking, room set up for 3, including towels. So then we had to get them as well.
