Nice weekend spot
Pros:

Room was comfortable. We liked the separate bedroom, sitting room and sink and bathroom areas. We liked the small kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher and nice size refrigerator. Location was real nice.

Cons:

The pool and elevator was not working, but we don't use either. The room was clean but well used. The sheer under curtain was sun bleached and even had a few spots that had worn through. When they were shut you didn't notice them at all.

Needs to be reported to the BBB VERY UNPLEASANT
Pros:

Unkept property that shows signs that’s it’s clearly a place that they are placing families for temporary shelter (Homeless Shelters)

Cons:

Not clean ! Toilet seats where lifting off toilet! Water in shower filling up to your knees!

Very dirty hotel rooms, also no elevator so we had to walk up 3 floors with a ton of luggage. 0/10

Our rooms were so dirty. Trash still in the trash cans when we got there, the room was 80 degrees, shower hasn’t been cleaned, smelled like cigarettes in both rooms, floors were dirty and not vacuumed, it was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed it. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone- I would steer clear.

The staff were friendly.

Cons:

Room smelled like smoke, and to fix this housekeeping stuffed dryer sheets in the vents. Floor was dirty in the room, and the bathroom smelled like weed. There was no hand soap. The elevator was broken. People across the hall were shouting until 1am, and staff did nothing about it. The pillows on the bed were a foot tall and rock hard, except for the one which was a blanket stuffed in a pillow case. The couch and chair in our room looked like they were straight out of the seventies, with the grime to prove it. The sink was plugged, and when I pulled out the stopper it smelled positively vile. Don’t bother, find another place.

Im 9 months pregnant and was put on the 3rd floor ans was told that the elevator doesn't work . Also had to throw away about $45 in food because the refrigerator sisnr work ans didn't know that until last night

Pros:

The location was perfect for me.

Cons:

The mattress was sagging, the tv didn’t work in the bedroom, the room smelled like smoke, there wasn’t even a box of tissues.

My experience was so bad that it wasn’t anything good about it.

Cons:

The manager was very rude when I called to complain about the fact that we had to take the stairs to the third floor because the elevators hasn’t been uuworking in over three weeks, but what he said was only down for a couple of days. The owner was not trying to compensate. He was very rude. He asked me why was I calling him at such a late night after I checked in just very unpleasant I will never stay there again.

Even worse than the last stay
Pros:

No elevator. They expected my disabled husband to carry luggage to 2nd floor. Tried charging to cancel. Issue still not resolved.

This is a long term stay place for many not a place to say a night or two.
Pros:

The man at the front desk when we checked in was friendly and Max the manager was also kind and understanding. We were refunded our money and no fees.

Cons:

The lobby smelled like marijuana. I did not feel safe. People sitting outside passing around a joint and a 5th in the common area. Just not a good feeling.
