Very polite personnel and helpful. Good location almost on Westheimer Road, The building and the facilities was fair enough, maybe they should change the couch and the bed that opens but they have very clean rooms generally. They have to improve a little bit the breakfast and the rooms with the PC's and the phone center.

Good Place to long stay and awesome experience
Pros:

This is really good place to long stay , as I’m travelled from India so I wanted breakfast and kitchen in my hotel this is best option to get all amenities as well staff is really good specially Jose,Albert ,Kelly and specially mentioned to their manger Cindy she is kind helpful and always ready to help us
Thanks once again as well to Homewood suits team
They have swimming pool, good breakfast many options are there

The area near the hotel was pretty neat and clean, but not sure about the safety.
The room was little outdated, single sitting coutch had some stains.

Staff was not friendly. They dont acknowledge you when you come in and out. The lady that did breakfast yelled at me for using the same serving spoon. It was my fault but you can address things without yelling at your guests. I reported an issue with front desk about stained pillow and you can tell he didnt care.

Pros:

Room was clean but the pull-out sofa mattress definitely needed replacing. Front desk staff very helpful and efficient. Love the chocolate chip cookies.

The shower was horrible water was filling up in the tub and the hot tub was not hot the towels and wash cloth was rough and old and the toilet paper was like sand paper it was definitely a no frill hotel and they have the nerve not to give you complementary water because I was not staying for more than one night so I have to buy a bottle of water for four dollars. I have never heard of that in my life, I feel like as long as you’re staying at the hotel you should have the right to a bottle of water for free, but because I was only spending one night I was not allowed a bottle of water I had to pay for it. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The price was good, but that was all I do not recommend this hotel.
