breakfast was okay , pool was okay but no towels, the shower water was hot enough , its was close to everything we wanted to go to , that is why we chose this hotel kitchen was okay but really old
I am requesting a full refund due to the unacceptable condition of the hotel and the overall experience my family and I had during our stay.
After driving five hours from Baton Rouge to Houston with my family, including my baby daughter and two children, we experienced problems at check-in. The hotel would not accept a cash deposit, their card terminal did not work with our debit card, and we were forced to complete the payment through a website while we were exhausted.
When we entered the room, it had a strong unpleasant odor, the sofa bed mattress was stained and smelled bad, and there were dirty spots throughout the room. The room was much smaller than advertised, the photos were misleading, and the iron was broken.
Although we wanted to leave, my baby was sick, and moving my family to another hotel during our short weekend trip was not a realistic option.
Because the hotel did not match its description and the conditions were unacceptable, I respectfully request a full refund. I have photos documenting the condition of the room and am happy to provide them as evidence.

Breakfast was great!! I loved the overnight oats and chia pudding. I also had a whole wheat slice of toasted bread with the delicious raspberry jam. Another wonderfully thing is that they had almond milk for lactose intolerant people like my whole family.
We also enjoyed the newly renovated pool. Just hoped could have had time to try the newly renovated gym.
While I was brushing my teeth I saw, in the mirrors reflection, that under the toiletd rim was very gross and thick build up where the toilet had not been brushed for a very expensive amount of time. It was late at night and didn't want anybody coming into the room. If I had noticed before settling into the room I would have let the front desk know to clean and disinfect it properly.
This place is gross. No clue why the ratings are so high. Thank god I’m only here for 1 night.

False advertising there was no Jacuzzi and that was the main thing I wanted to get in
I can't believe this place has a 4.3 rating on TripAdvisor. We got very little sleep during our stay, and overall the property was a huge disappointment.
The hotel is pet-friendly, which may be a positive if you're traveling with animals. However, if you're not, be aware that it often feels more like a pet hotel than a regular hotel. Our room smelled strongly of dog, and when we complained, we were told the hotel was full and there was nothing they could do.
The problems didn't stop there. Dogs in neighboring rooms barked late into the night and early in the morning, and it seemed like some had been left unattended. Despite multiple disturbances, the front desk said there was nothing they could do. As a result, we were repeatedly woken up throughout our stay.
On Saturday morning, the landscaping crew started mowing and using leaf blowers at 7:30 a.m., adding even more noise. To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off early one morning and woke everyone up.
The hotel also seemed geared toward families, with children frequently running up and down the hallways. If the property itself had been nicer, I might have rated it 3 stars despite the noise issues. Unfortunately, the facilities were underwhelming as well.
Overall, this was not a good experience, and I would not stay here again.

The staff were nice
There was no air conditioning in the halls, it was extremely hot. The ceiling in my hotel room looked like it was going to cave in at anytime.
Breakfast was nice, nothing special.

Bathroom wasn’t big enough. Bathtub was rusted. Ran out of hand towels. Had to keep asking the staff for extra towels because they never added in new ones once that cleaned up. Gym was not open and breakfast was mid…
