Pros:

The room had 2 TVs and a full kitchen.

Cons:

I reserved this room specifically in advance (1.5 weeks in advance), paying 100% in advance for a deluxe room with a king-size bed because we are with our baby. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a room with a queen-size bed because they sold out all rooms. I had to sleep on one side all night and hold my 11-month-old baby so he wouldn't fall out of bed, and my husband had to sleep on the sofa with his feet on the armrest, as it's not designed for a full-size adult. There was mold on the wallpaper in the bathroom, and the tub was sealed with masking tape. Breakfast wasn't quite what I'd expected, but it wasn't too bad (Fried sausage, hash browns, oatmeal with water, cereal, pastries and omelettes are the main dishes).

This was by far the worst experience ever with the homewood suites and after booking with the Hilton
Pros:

The breakfast was horrible, apple , muffins and jimmy dean sausage sandwich

Cons:

When renovations this should specify what accommodations wouldn’t be available such as hot breakfast, pool nor exercise room, & elevators
