I thing the worst hotel
Pros:

They gave us a room very old and ugly. The carpet was dirty. They supposed to clean every each day and they didn’t and we have to tell them many times. I was in the same hotel in Orlando much better.

The person on the reception it was very helpful. I stayed there before and never found a person makes me feel i was home. Hopefully you train everybody to be like him

Housekeeping and total lack of concern by the manager, Steven Height. Night staff tried to be helpful but there was nothing they could do, except communicate with the manager. When I spoke and complained to the manager about the lack of housekeeping services, he did nothing and did not show any concern. Had one housekeeping service one day during a six night stay.

Pros:

good family hotel that allows pets which is a plus for us .

Cons:

we went to check in and had to wait a while and when we got to room tv's were not wworking and someone had to come fix them so fustrating.

It was short, but it was pleasant.

The young man at check-in made it very easy and he was very helpful and efficient and then checked with us bia e-mail to make sure all was well with our room. I appreciated that!

This place is going downhill faster than Lindsey Vonn!
Pros:

Homewood prices. "Bates Motel" experience.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Homewood Suites Farmington this past weekend.

I’ve stayed here several times before and never had any problems. Unfortunately, this visit was a different story. First and foremost, there was black mold in the shower. This is absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice it until I was already in the shower — far too late to change rooms.

The problems didn’t end there. The mattress was completely worn out and uncomfortable. Housekeeping thought it was a good idea to place the iron up high on the shelf next to the extra pillows and blankets. When I pulled out the pillows, the iron fell and nearly hit my bare foot — I only avoided injury because I moved fast enough to get out of the way.

I was not recognized as a Hilton Diamond member. I had to ask for water and snacks, and I was surprised there were no welcome snacks —just two bottles of water. At breakfast, there was no waffle station — something I’ve never encountered at any Homewood Suites, Hampton Inn, or Home2 Suites. When I asked the front desk, I was met with a curt “No” and a strange look, as if I’d requested something extravagant like chilled lobster claws.

Overall, this property needs a complete overhaul of management, maintenance, and quality standards. It has fallen far below the expectations of the Homewood brand.
