Not worth the hassle
Pros:

Generally staff helpful. Room was good size.

Cons:

First room was smokey, then the kitchenette wasn't equipped with blunt knives and missing silverware. Pans were scratched and burnt. Requested additional but didn't turn up. Sofa bed uncomfortable and initially missing any sheets, they only provide very worn blankets. House keeping only came every other day... Or not at all during our weeks stay. Swimming pool was cold and had hair floating, the changing doors didn't even shut. When we raised these issues with staff they were dismissive and rude. Wouldn't return if we had to.

GREAT staff. AWFUL rooms.
Pros:

The staff gets a 10 out of 5 rating. They went above and beyond to accommodate any request. Truly exceptional hospitality. AARON and SAVANNAH have the professionalism of a front desk at a five star resort!!!

Now the bad news- the rooms are gross and in desperate need of a major renovation. The furniture is ripping and worn, carpets and mattresses are stained. Had to change rooms mid stay because the room we were in smelled unbelievably bad.

Pros:

El hotel esta destruido, sucio,huele feo desde se entra al lobby. La habitacion era de espanto, tapete sucio y roto, cortina de bano con moho . De verdad muy desagradable. No lo recomiendo para nada . Ademas pagamos una fortuna por ese lugar.Casi $800.oo dolares por 3 noches .

Nice stay
Pros:

The hotel has a great staff that made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The ladies at breakfast were very nice and Aaron was very professional upon check in.

Clean and cozy
Pros:

Loved breakfast w eggs and fresh strawberries and blueberries. Indoor pool was refreshing and quiet at my 9 pm swim. Exercise room had dumbbells from 5 to 75 lbs and cardio equipment as well

Staff was courteous and understanding when we arrived at midnight after 3 hour flight delay.
Room was clean, quiet except for our noisy neighbors in next room and comfortable.

Great stay passing through.
Pros:

Great location right off the highway. Rooms were very spacious. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Michael S at the front desk was great and very helpful!
