Clean, staff was very helpful. They answered all our questions and were very hospitable to stow my bags for me while I went to the Mall for a couple hours. Rhoda was most amazing and helped me get to the airport when the shuttle was unavailable! Great location by mall and airport!

Elissa and Bianca were so friendly and helpful! We couldn’t have asked for better people! We had a great trip, the location was top-notch, and the shuttle service was amazing!

The lady at the front desk was amazing. The room was big and extremely cleaned I liked the fact that utensils were kept there because honestly we forgot them I liked the fact that breakfast wasn't just cereal there were actual food and people putting out things when it was empty. I feel like the entire day exceeded our expectations. we will definitely be back!

An excellent deal; walkable to the Mall.of America and lovely, newly renovated, spacious suites. The staff is top notch. I stay here twice or three times per year for work and typically need to have materials shipped. Rhoda at the front desk has been of great assistance several times helping make sure that my packages arrive safely, despite shipping companies giving her trouble. I'm always glad to have her welcome me.

The service at this hotel is second to none. I travel weekly, and this staff is the best. Rhoda in particular is awesome. I left an article of clothing there two months ago. Rhoda found the clothing and returned it to me. A+++

Had a great stay from start to finish. Rhonda got us checked in and helped us figure out parking, the room was lovely. Shout out to both Rhonda and Kinzie for a great breakfast and outstanding service.

The Homewood Suites next to the Mall of America is a standard and solid extended stay hotel. It’s really a perfect location if you are visiting the mall and want to be close to the airport, although if the weather is bad you still have a bit of a walk. Rooms are fine but feel a bit outdated but they were clean. Really dislike the “charge for parking unless told otherwise” policy that they seem to have as seen by other reviews as well as my own experience. There are a few restaurants within easy walking distance and a ton of other options a short drive away.

Been coming here for work for majority of last year. Staff is always wonderful and welcoming, especially Rhoda at front desk. She makes things a breeze. Amenities are good! I use the bbq often. Rooms always spacious and have room for my work station. Will be coming back soon.

We have been staying at this location for years. The location is perfect. We are amazed at the "continued" quality of the staff. The individual who takes care of the breakfast area has been there several years as well, and seems to take pride in his area and duties. Other staff members, including the general manager will come in to assist in the breakfast area at times ensuring a very nice experience. The rooms are very nice and it appears they are in the process of remodeling as well, so it should even be better. It is a little bit older, but you can tell it is kept in very good condition. One of the things I believe that sets this hotel apart is the helpfulness of the staff and the hands-on approach of the general manager who we have met several times while staying there. She is always very concerned about making sure guests are taken care of.

I have stayed at the Homewood Suites in Bloomington several times and it is always a pleasure to come back. The service and breakfast are fantastic, truly a home away from home.

This property was amazing! The captain of this great ship, Hillary , made friends with the guests making everyone feel truly at home. Montrel was great making sure we safely got to the property. Bianca welcomed us and made us feel like we had arrived at our “safe place”. Erin (on her first day at this property) wowed us with her warm professionalism. She blew us away. Hillary and her “assistant” took great care of us, making sure we caught our flight, despite the -21 temp and protestors. Thank you team- great job!!!

The place was very nice and close to the Mall of America and the management was great!

Really it was made by a simple but great breakfast. DIY Huevos Rancheros for the win.
