The place was very nice and close to the Mall of America and the management was great!

Cons:

There was some issues with our room and key card but they handled very well and got fixed up straight away.

My first visit but not my last. Will definitely stay again and recommend it.
Pros:

Near train and bus. Good morning coffee and breakfast, open early for early folks. Staff very efficient and courteous. Room quiet at all times in it.

Very relaxing
Pros:

I love everything about the property. The location was great, breakfast was amazing, I felt very relaxed!!

Cons:

I didn’t like that when I entered the room it smelled like someone had just steamed vegetables or something of that sort.

Beds weren’t very comfortable, staff was rude during the close-down of breakfast
Pros:

Right across the street from the attraction we needed. It was nice having a small kitchen so we could cook some meals on site.

Cons:

Parking was expensive and we didn’t realize we had to pay for it until we got there. The room we were supposed to stay in reeked of garbage. It smelled so bad that we had to ask and switch rooms.

Front end manager is extremely unprofessional, condescending, belittling, and disrespectful. She should be fired the way she treated my family.

Great close to the mall but lacking in breakfast and hot tub. Overall friendly staff.
Pros:

I did like the size of the room. The lay out wasn't convenient with the pull out couch.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better. Same meat two days in a row. The chicken sausage super dry and the pork was not tasty at all. Also where was the hot tub. A nice soak after all day of walking would have been great. Paying for parking sucks.

Cons:

checked in at 5pm no rooms were ready then we were told we were getting an upgraded room due to the inconvenience of us having to wait but we got the same room we paid for NO UPGRADE.

Highly recommended for both Mall of America and MSP. A home from home.
Pros:

Excellent location right across from Mall of America, large comfortable room with everything we needed for our stay. The whole property was exceptionally clean. The staff were so friendly, warm and welcoming. They really couldn’t have been more helpful. Sue was an absolute delight, getting us organised on arrival and arranging our airport pick up and drop off.

Cons:

Nothing. It was perfect.

A superior experience!!!
Pros:

My experience at the Homewood Suites by Hilton- Mall of America has been absolutely spectacular. The host was attentive to our needs and my family was provided with reminders. The driver Aiman was exceptional. He took extra care of us and provided excellent pick up and delivery services. He's an asset to the Homewood Suite staff. If you're looking for a place to stay. This would be an great place.
