Everyone was polite and friendly

Everything! From the moment we stepped in. Staff were welcoming! The Manager, the front desk persons, the clean room were all fantastic! The breakfast was excellent too! We will surely go back!

The front desk receptionist Rhonda was very courteous and made our stay a memorable one.. You are very lucky 🍀 to have her on your team..The breakfast every morning was Amazing….🤩 It certainly jump started your day off right…The breakfast was the fuel a person needed for the day…Thank you so much for everything you did to make our vacation to Minneapolis Minnesota a success 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I had a great experience. The breakfast was amazing and the staff super friendly. Rhoda and Bianca were very nice and helpful Room and location were very clean. I felt very safe there and the atmosphere of the hotel was very quiet and cozy. Keep up the great work! I would stay here again!

Rhoda was fantastic! She took very good care of us during our extended stay for over a month. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Best hospitality I’ve had from a hotel staff.

This hotel is very close to the highway and dog friendly. The area felt safe. There is a pancake house across from the hotel parking lot, however the hotel offers a lot of really good breakfast options. I enjoyed the carnitas and scrambled eggs.
The room was very clean, quiet and large. Good water pressure in the shower & a comfortable bed. The Mall of the Americas is across the street if you're a shopper.

Best breakfast and customer service! A very short walk to MOA. Rhoda went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had all the conveniences of home.

Rhoda, Rhoda, Rhoda, what a great lady to have at the front desk. She got my 3 rooms organized, all together and did it with a kind voice (phone) and a friendly smile
(when I finally met her). The whole hotel is filled with helpers and people who care. What a breath of fresh air!

Conveniently located . Kitchenette , refrigerator and microwave & spacious room and living room.
Walking distance to mall of America .
I was in a room that wasn’t renovated yet. But other rooms are even better than mine .
They have shuttles for 5 mile radius and very convenient to go to Walmart or ikea or pickup/ drop off at airport. Only issue is the wait time .

Cleans and welcoming

My husband and I came to Minneapolis for a small getaway. We had such a wonderful and relaxing experience here at Homewood Suites. We were close enough to walk to wherever we wanted to go, and their breakfasts were superb. We also enjoyed visiting with the staff at the front desk. They were never too far away from their desk, and always happy to visit with you. Rhoda was one that stood out to me, as she was so kind in helping us check out and wanted to make sure our stay was nice and relaxing.

Bianca was absolutely amazing, so helpful!

Bianca at the front desk made it a really wonderful experience for us. She was so sweet and answered all our Mall of America questions. And she helped keep us calm and was reassuring during a major snowstorm. Cheers to Bianca! The rooms were also spacious and perfect for our family. I’d stay here again.
