Might be better in the future when the updates are done

The location was good.

Cons:

That there was construction inside so we couldn’t enjoy the whole hotel and very noisy. Wasn’t very clean also maybe because of the construction. The housekeeping wasn’t the best either I was there for six days and they only came once. I had to take out the trash and go buy toilet paper. I also thought that parking was going to be $10 but they charged me $15 per night.

Pros:

-Prentice was amazingly attentive to guests and made the stay wonderful.

Cons:

We did think our second room was to have 2 beds but it all worked out. A hot tub eould be amazing feature to have after shopping all day at the mall body was so sore.

Great rooms, great staff, great location, great breakfast. Hard to beat for the Price.
Pros:

This hotel is in an awesome location if you intend to go to the mall of America. there is free parking available directly in front of the hotel and the rooms are incredibly nice and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was the best complementary breakfast I’ve ever had staying in a hotel, and I’ve had lots of them.

Cons:

There were no issues with this property. Everything was awesome.

Horrible stay
Pros:

Nothing at all will never stay again

Cons:

The room was dirty the dish washer was full of moldy dishes. The pull out bed had no sheets and a huge brown stain. Could not use the extra bed that we paid for

Great location, friendly staff and excellent breakfast.
Pros:

My family and I stayed at the Homewood Suites on July 27th. It was the first leg of our US roadtrip and it was a great start to our holiday. The property has a great location if you want to visit the Mall of America (right across the street), clean comfortable rooms and a terrific breakfast (they even had Chia pudding).

However, what made the stay above par and worthy of reviewing was Prentice who was working the front desk. What a gem of a person, friendly, helpful and took extra time to really make my son's experience a great one. It's rarer and rarer to have employees go above and beyond when tips aren't involved. But Prentice did just that and he is a standout employee, I hope he get's the recognition (and compensation) he deserves.
