VERY GOOD STAY
Pros:

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT - YOU DO NOT FIND FRIENDLY YOUNG PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT OCCUPIED WITH THEIR CELL PHONES AND ARE WILLING TO HELP YOU GET WHAT YOU NEED. THE YOUNG MAN AT THE FRONT DESK WAS GREAT WITH HELPING US WITH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED.

Cons:

PARKING WAS A LITTLE SMALL BUT OVERALL EXPERIENCE WHAT VERY GOOD. I HAVE NO OTHER COMPLAINTS

The facility was great and met our needs.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The fresh fruit was past its peak time.

Cons:

The refrigerator in room 145 , the door opens the wrong way. Ice maker wasn’t working or wasn’t turned on. The pool seems great but the bedrooms on level one around the pool are very close. Kids and people were having a good time but they were screaming so loud. 10 pm seemed late. we had an early flight and couldn’t sleep until the pool closed.

Absolutely disgusting condition of, 1.carpet (deplorable) 2. Bathtub (bought tilex and wipes to try to clean) (drain very slow) (shower head disgusting mold) 3. Bathroom floor gross 4. Chairs ( fabric was disgustingly deteriorating) 5. Hallway carpet should’ve been replaced years ago. 6. Breakfast was tolerable but not worth advertising.
Hilton should be ashamed to call this one of their properties. Never staying with Hilton after this.

I had no stay thanks to the hotel manager.
Pros:

Manager at hotel refused my reservation. Turned me and my family including a 3 year old boy needing to be near hospital nearby. Manager talked to me very disrespectful and I have it on video. I am so disappointed in my experience using Booking.com. The manager told me my contract was with Booking not the hotel. I was forced to leave the hotel and find lodging elsewhere in dangerous city. I am considering legal action for breach of contract. Please expeditiously look into this incident and reply. The manager told me the hot water was out I agreed to take the room anyway but when he found out I had my grandson with me he asked, "what kind of person are you that you want to bathe a child in cold water?" I told him that was none of his concern and I would rather have only cold water than no shelter. He refused service and told me to leave. Shameful. Disrespectful Disgraceful unprofessional conduct from a manager of a hotel. Despite The Fact That My Room Was Paid in Advance. Terrible.

Perfect home away from home
Pros:

Staff was excellent! They were all very nice and extremely helpful. Very clean! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. A full home cooked breakfast was great. Will definitely be staying here when we come to visit
