Disappointed in the way was handled with my concerns.
Pros:

The staff was curious

Cons:

I did not like my room. The AC made noise and asked to switch rooms. The room that was offered was not clean, so we stayed in the original room. We discovered ants on our last day of our stay. Told staff and management has gotten back to me about the situation. Not satisfied with lack of responsibility. Would not book with this hotel again.

Great hotel if you are staying in the Lake Mary area. Will be back
Pros:

Really liked the room size, how clean it was, the fact that it has a kitchen and furnishings of the room. The breakfast and breakfast staff was very good, the dining and serving area was clean and well maintained. The check in staff was friendly and informative. Will definately recommend to others and if in that area again would choose to stay here.

Cons:

The shower head needs help and the stains in the hallway carpet is not a good look.

Hicimos check out al amanecer siguiente.

Pros:

The location was good. The staff was great

Cons:

The bathroom was old and not very clean or user friendly. The toilet was very low to the ground not sure why but not easy for elderly to use at all. Also the room we had the refrigerator was dirty and just was very old overall.
