Great hotel if you are staying in the Lake Mary area. Will be back
Pros:

Really liked the room size, how clean it was, the fact that it has a kitchen and furnishings of the room. The breakfast and breakfast staff was very good, the dining and serving area was clean and well maintained. The check in staff was friendly and informative. Will definately recommend to others and if in that area again would choose to stay here.

Cons:

The shower head needs help and the stains in the hallway carpet is not a good look.

Podía haber sido una mejor estadía. El lugar lo merece mi Familia también lo merecía.
Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bueno, buen ambiente. El personal fue cortés .buen desayuno.

Cons:

No me gustó del alojamiento, la habitación que me tocó tenia goteras en el techo por el aire acondicionado de la habitación del piso de encima y se filtraba el agua en mi habitación, lo cual provocó un poco de caída del papel del techo y gotas que Caían haciendo q una parte de la alfombra se mojara.esperamos por qué se corrigiera o que nos cambiaran de habitación pero no pasó. Nos fuimos por todo el día para que lo solucionaran . Llegamos tarde en la noche y no habían solucionado. Hicimos check out al amanecer siguiente.

Pros:

The location was good. The staff was great

Cons:

The bathroom was old and not very clean or user friendly. The toilet was very low to the ground not sure why but not easy for elderly to use at all. Also the room we had the refrigerator was dirty and just was very old overall.

Hotel bem localizado, lugar tranquilo, quarto espaçoso , limpo e bem equipado
Pros:

Quarto grande, acomoda com confronto toda a família. Cozinha bem equipada. Quarto limpo, bem como a roupa de cama e toalhas.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto só acontece quando solicitamos.

Was very disappointed in our suite.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The sofa had torn cushions. The floor was terrible in the kitchen and where the sofa was. The tiles were uneven and wavy. Looked lke a child put them in. They didn’t lay flat. Some were torn. I would have never expected this from a Hilton partner. Stayed 3 nights and no housekeeping came.

Pros:

The room was clean and I liked that it was decent shampoo and conditioner not junk that smells terrible

Cons:

The sitting space was much smaller than any 1 bdrm suite I've stayed in. They also didn't have blankets or pillows for the sofa bed

The proximity to restaurants and stores.

Cons:

One of the doors in the rear of the property for some reason when we were using the digital key would not work, but then our Apple wallet would appear. I thought it was strange and maybe did something on my phone, but then it happened to my wife as well. We ended up going to another door that worked without issues.
