The location was great. We enjoyed pool.The hotel was clean and so were the rooms

Cons:

Everything was fine, the cost, but it was to be expected since it's summer time.

Great location for Busch Gardens/historical area and recently renovated room was great
Pros:

We got one of their rooms that had recently been renovated and was fresh and new. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms and central sitting area and kitchen worked great for a couple and adult son.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but could have stayed open longer. When on vacation and sleep in, it is sometimes challenging to get down to breakfast before they close.

This was a truly a last minute reservation. The hotel made all need accommodations for my large family.

We had what we needed and slept well.
Pros:

Good location, not far from Colonial Williamsburg. Quite a few restaurants within near driving distance. Staff were helpful and cheerful. Room was clean with comfortable beds. Hot breakfast was good: waffles, bagels, cold cereal, oatmeal, overnight oats with chia pudding, eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes one morning, French toast sticks a couple of days, yogurt, apples and/or oranges, juice, coffee, hot chocolate. Nobody near us on the floor so relatively quiet. Our room was a one bedroom suite, so there was room to spread out.

Cons:

We had to wet the side of the tub to keep the shower curtain from slipping out of the tub and getting water on the floor. Minimal kitchen set up with one cooking bowl, one larger and one smaller pot, a turner, a cooking spoon, 4 place settings. A few blunders were noted for a newly remodeled room, but only cosmetic. Bedding was thin but staff were quick to bring another one.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly over the phone and worked with us to get our reservation changed because of a last minute sickness in the family. We were then able to reserve a room for another day. They made the process extremely simple and were very gracious in allowing us to work out our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and the staff that work there.

Frida at the front desk was wonderful. She went above and beyond to help our family. I would recommend this hotel 10 times over. The breakfast was outstanding. Very clean

Williamsburg Gem
Pros:

I was greeted with a warm smile from Kijana and immediately felt that I had made an excellent choice in booking our accommodations. Kijana was very personable and made us feel welcome immediately as he excitingly explained the included amenities to us.

5 star welcome!
Pros:

Amazing customer service!!! My boyfriend checked us into the hotel and Kijana helped him out, while also upgrading our room. This made the trip start off on such a positive note as the upgrade was much appreciated for our trip. Got upstairs, and the room was perfect! We will definitely be back. Thank you Kijana!!

Excellent hotel, super clean, wonderful for families visiting the area, and the staff was great!

Minutes to Williamsburg and a short drive to Yorktown and Jamestown. Parking at the hotel.

Pros:

Stayed October 19th through Oct 24th 2025. Had a 2 bedroom suite and it was clean, great size.
The staff was extremely good and responsive to our needs. Special Thanks to Frida and Stacy. The Manager is wonderful. We had pets with us and the Room Attendants were great in getting us any clean linens needed.
Location to restaurants and the Colonial area were good and a nice relaxing time perfect for vacation.Breakfast area was large and well attended.
The only 2 negative's were the cable had a disappointing selection, mostly sports and news. The tiled area in the kitchenette and bathroom needed a good Swiffer mop cleaning.
If more than 5 stars could be rated- I would give it much higher. Would strongly recommend this Hotel to friends and relatives with no hesitation.

I stayed for just one night, but I was pleased.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly to me both when I called and upon arrival. The manager seemed very attentive to detail and professional.
Breakfast was okay, I just noticed a lot of the food was cold, for example, the scrambled eggs.

Cons:

The rooms definitely need renovation, and the bathroom could use more attention; the tiles are moldy.

Disgusting bc they have roaches!
Pros:

Don’t stay here because they have roaches!
The room they gave us smelled like Raid bug spray and then we saw a roach behind the door. They only offered us another room bc they wouldn’t give us a refund since we booked through a third party, orbitz. The second room didn’t smell like bug spray but later on we found another roach near the mirror on the wall. Don’t stay here. They have roaches. Stay somewhere else!
