Convenient and easy

Great staff. We had a one bedroom with a sofa bed that was broken and it was immediately changed to suite next door. Brought sheets and pillow and extra towels

Pros:

I love the space we had! The kitchen was perfect, since we prefer cooking our meals. The bed was very comfortable, my husband loved having a TV in the living room area and the bedroom, that way I wasn't disturbed while he watched his movies. The overall experience felt very homey. Also the staff was very friendly and breakfast was good!

October stay was so-so
Pros:

Convenient location for our swim meet. I was traveling with my teenage son and needed a suite so he could have his own space. Overall, I was happy with the room layout and the kitchenette. Being able to make breakfast in our room came in clutch, especially since we were up and out before breakfast started on our first day.

That said, the hotel was just okay. When you’re paying for a hotel stay, I do expect more. I really enjoyed the main lobby area and the breakfast—the eggs and potatoes were delicious, and the décor throughout the public spaces was very nice.

Unfortunately, the room cleanliness and condition were disappointing. There were scratches and holes in some of the walls, and the backside of the bathroom door looked like it should be replaced. There was also a large stain on the wall behind the toilet that was concerning. The tub was concave in a way that felt uncomfortable and unstable when stepping in to shower.

On a positive note, the service and hospitality of the staff were truly Hilton gold standard. I love Hilton properties and hope this location considers renovating or improving the upkeep of the guest rooms, as the service and common areas set a much higher expectation.

Will stay here again when I’m in the area.
Pros:

Very good hotel for my one night business trip. I didn’t get to see most of the amenities, but everything I saw was clean and in good working order. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was the best Hilton breakfast I’ve had, some at much higher price points. The gentleman overseeing the breakfast took great pride in his work and it showed. Will make it a point to stay here when in the area.

Good night sleep
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and plenty to choose from. The room was very quiet and I was able to get a good night sleep.
