Pros:

Pros:

It was okay for the night we stayed although staff was not extremely helpful

Cons:

Homeless tents outside. We asked for sheets and blankets for sofa bed and we got a very small blanket. The remote for tv would not work and needed new batteries and was told they didn’t have any. We expected a little better facility for the costs and was charged more at check in.

Housekeeping Never Showed
Pros:

We stayed for three nights. On the second day, we noticed that housekeeping had not been to our room. We called down to the front desk and they at least sent someone to empty the trash and give us clean towels. The next day, to make sure, we told the front desk attendant at around 10 a.m. that we were leaving for the day and that our room could be cleaned. When we returned at around 6 p.m., our room was untouched. Went to the front desk and they again sent someone (who could not speak English) to empty our trash and give us new towels. The last day, we spoke with the manager who apologized and said she would look into it and give us a call. No call, nothing. Very disappointed in this Hilton property.

We never stayed there D/T the power outage.

There was a power outage and we were told we could not check in until midnight maybe and the front desk personnel said she had no idea when the power would be restored. We flew in from Milwaukee. We were stranded unfortunately. And we were tired, so we looked for another place to stay. We were disappointed that we could not stay. The location was perfect for our trip.

Do not honor bookings if done through a third party.
Pros:

We booked our room months in advance. 2 queens and a pullout couch bed. And stated we would have a late checkin. A month before our stay they offered to upgrade us to a king with a pullout bed. We told them no. There were 4 of us and we needed two queens. We called the morning of two make sure we had two queens and that they knew we would have a late checkin they told us no problem. Imagine our surprise when we show up and they have moved us to the king with a pullout couch. Ok we will make do. Now imagine our complete frustration when the pull out couch was smaller than a twin. I asked for a cot and they told us they don’t have anything like that. I asked how they expect two people to sleep in that tiny bed. They offered to bring extra blankets so someone could sleep on the floor. For the amount of money this place cost to expect one of us to sleep on the floor was absolutely ridiculous. They did move us to a new room the next day. While the bedding was clean. The room had tons of dirty things around the room. The lounge chair was ripped and the two chairs at the table did not match. The couch was one of the most uncomfortable couches I have ever sat on. And like other last have stated they have the worst pillows ever. The breakfast is just ok. they really need to rethink the layout for the breakfast. It’s very crowded and stressful trying to get food. The location is great and many other staff are very kind and helpful. However some were disappointingly not. The over all feel of the rooms and service does not feel like a Hilton.

We loved our visit to Seattle and this was a great hotel for our family- thank you!
Pros:

Complimentary breakfast with lots of choices. Proximity to train and downtown, beautiful neighborhood and felt safe. Separate rooms and kitchen feature.

Cons:

Breakfast was crowded and chaotic and we couldn't find places to sit often. Lost power one afternoon for an hour or so and weren't communicated with.
