Horrible experience this time around
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

When I checked in the room was dirty bathtub had dirty water in it also trash was in all the garbage cans and they still made us stay in the room claiming that was the only room available smh

I did not stay there. I was turned away and told they couldn’t accommodate our family and they couldn’t help us. Worst e
Pros:

Nothing. We made the reservation and drove into town in the middle of a horrible, flooding storm, only to be told that they didn’t have the room I reserved for our family of 6.

Cons:

The lady at the desk wasn’t helpful at all. She told me she didn’t have the room I needed and she couldn’t help me at all. Told me I’d have to take it up with Booking.com. Told me they couldn’t guarantee I’d get my money back but that she didn’t have my room available. Offered ZERO concessions. I had traveled to Baton Rouge, LA from Orlando, FL that day with four young children. We were exhausted and soaking wet. And told there was “no room at the inn,” despite the fact that I had prepaid $243 for a room with 3 beds.

Very relaxing and I stayed in extra not and also booked another stay in two weeks.

Pros:

Good location
Pros:

The location it looks better from the outside compared to the room

Cons:

The room had stains on carpet and chairs the refrigerator was all rusted on the outside and furniture was coming apart. The staff were not that friendly there were just doing a job. The bed had springs. It waste worst I have stayed at but definitely could use some new furniture.

Very comfortable
Pros:

I loved the warm welcome when we got there and we got there really late. Checking in was easy and fast. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and a little of everything. Overall I loved and enjoyed the time we were there.

Surprisingly great. I was not expecting much but was very happy.
Pros:

The staff was notably amazing. I don't often leave reviews but the lady working the breakfast, Mary, was remarkable. I mean, she should teach a course on customer service and work ethic.

Cons:

Perfect size room for a large family of 7.

Potential for greatness!
Pros:

Great location. Very quite and the rooms are very sound proof. Didn't even notice other people staying there.

Cons:

Room was very outdated. Furniture was dirty and worn. Carpet needs to be cleaned and updated. Baseboard was carpet that was held up by rusty staples. Bed was very uncomfortable 😣. Air conditioner had to be freezing in the living room for the bedroom to be semi comfortable. Air-conditioning unit was very loud. Tub/ shower was very small. Everything except the kitchen needs to be remodeled and updated. Television in living room didn't connect to hotel Internet so you could not watch "on demand" movies. Neither television would connect to use hotel services that are advertised. This could be an awesome hotel if it was taken care of and managed correctly. The lobby is beautiful and open but the room was like stepping into a 1980's apartment.
