Ive been burned out of my home and was put in this suite by Hilton and my stay started a day in a half in they started to complaining about my dogs then number 2 we didn’t have tv for 3 weeks we only have it for a couple of hours a day, then we never had hot water since I’ve been here, my kitchen sink barely put water out, the internet sucks, then here we are now two days without heat in the room for 2 days, I’ve been in 55 degrees and now they want to clean the rooms and push the dogs to outside in the cold and then went you go to eat breakfast they watch you like a hawk and even they stalk you too and even their maintenance is a taleteller and management is trying to patronize you when you have a problem and even they said if any of my dogs tear up the room, it’s my fault, please advise dont stay at this hotel
It is nice hotel .The staff there is very helpful and nice. The girl that works over night named Charese has helped us a lot and has been very nice
She is nice to everyone and tries to help all the guests. The breakfast bar is very good but they need to switch it up sometimes
The staff is amazing. The rooms are nice, but some repairs are needed. It would have been nice to know the pool was closed as our granddaughter loves to play.
Friendly staff, great rates, surprise evening appetizers, beer and wine. Will definitely stay here again!
our family enjoy the stay at Homewood Suite that was the best five days in two year . we really needed that I will back soon if it is the Lord will and his way. the room was nice and clean the food was great we really wish we could stay just one more day. The workers was fantastic and polite. We be back Baltimore God bless my family I hope to see them soon Thank you Homewood Suite. YEAH
yes
Everything was great except for the fact they charge u a rste for parking your car on the property after you already paid to stay
Pool was closed, parking was good.
The hotel overall was a miss, cockroaches were very actuve in our room and I've noticed a few in the light fixtures throughout the hotel

This hotel has been neglected and terribly maintained. Dirty carpets, low nasty ceilings, peeling walls, torn up furniture and daily odors. I wish I hadn’t gotten stuck here. Hilton should be ashamed.
When we arrived 7pm we weren't able to get our room keys since the computer system was down...We were all tired from long drive from nyc ; We ended up eating in hotels main Dining area coz the kids are hungry... They're still fixing trouble shooting the problem... They were able to provide the room for us by 9pm thru the hotel maintenance main keys so we can rest; They weren't able to give us upgrades for the inconvenience ; and we were quite unhappy the room we had wasn't that clean ... stained floors and smells musty ... but since we were tired we just tired to argue::/ We love coming to Residence Inn for it's comfort and ambiance but this is the far worst stay we ever had...
Asked more than 5 times prior to staying about free airport shuttle. Was not permitted to make reservations. Was told getting a shuttle at 4am would be no problem at all. Went to lobby at 3:30am to ensure desk staff knew we needed shuttle. At 3:45am, there were too many people to fit in shuttle and we were told basically “too bad”
Awful, unapologetic staff with terrible customer service.
Very enjoyable.
Water in shower kept going cold hot cold hot. The light coming in the windows sucked in the morning. So noisy!!!
Water taste horrible.. but it was great except for the fire alarm scaring the crap out of me.
As a regular Hilton guest, I usually have a great experience. My family and I traveled for my grandbaby's memorial service and chose this hotel for our stay. I used the app to choose the room and advise the hotel of a late night check in due to flight delays. Upon arrival the guest service attendant advised me that my selected room was no longer available and they had reassigned my room. The room appeared fine. We took showers only to learn that the faucet was faulty and the water would not turn off completely. The air conditioning seemed to work though the noise it made limited our sleep.
The next day we reported both issues to the General Manager and were assured that the issues would be seen to. Upon entering a now hot room twelve hours later, we found a note from maintenance advising "HVAC frozen. Will talk to front desk about moving you." No one had contacted us about moving. We contacted the front desk and were told, "we have no other rooms available." When we inquired about other options, the response we received is, "there is nothing we can do".
As the memorial was the next morning we chose to suffer through and focus on getting through the event and moving to the next stage of the grieving process. For the next three days, we received the same responses. I requested a call from the General Manager. A call I am still waiting to receive. Clearly, the satisfaction of hotel guests is not a priority.
We wanted, so much, to have a home away from home. Our already solemn visit has been a living nightmare.
My stay at Homewood Suites Linthicum was as usual very comfortable. The staff was very courteous, and pleasant and all was done to make my stay and that of other guests very memorable. Breakfast was wonderful, and a quiet environment lent to a remarkable experience. I will certainly be back at this establishment. Hats off to the manager and staff for a job well done.
Nice stay.
