Excellent Staff and service!

The property looks Ok but housekeeping could be improved, especially the restrooms. Additionally, it's a bit off putting to hear the front desk staff talking down on this country. I dont believe politics should be a topic of discussion.

Great hotel

I was impressed with the size of the room, the quality of the breakfast, and especially the service I got from the front desk person. Great value!

Living room and bedroom separation was great. An amazing place to stay in

I chose this hotel for the location (close to my nieces house) and the type of room ( like a mini apartment). I understand that this an older property, is ok, but to me its looked unkept There was a smell in the hallways like cigarettes' smoke, the carpets looked old and overused. Even the cart we used to take our lugged to the room was making a funny noise all the way to the floor. The room smelled a bit like bug spray. However, we loved the layout of the room, full fridge, mini kitchen, and separate bedroom was a perfect. The shower head was
high and the water pressure was outstanding! as well as the smell of the shampoo, lotion and soap. The staff was helpful as well! A little bit of TLC and this location can be jewel. We didn't use the pool or gym, but they do have it.

Overall our stay was fine but the a/c never cooled the room down. We only stayed one night but it was 74-75 degrees in the room the whole time. Too toasty for me.

Overall great experience

Jarred at the front desk, I think, sensed I was stressed and tired and worked to get me a quiet room on the top floor. His effort made a big difference in a dark day for me. Thanks

The front desk clerk was great at check in, throughout our stay and again at check out. The amenities and the layout of our room was perfect. We would stay here again. Great central location.

Room was clean and smelt nice. Breakfast was so good! Real food cooked by the staff and everything was fresh. Great variety too!

I got a bit more than what I paid for, which is all I want! Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was more than I expected in terms of quality and variety. Location is very convenient but our room was fairly noisy. The staff was friendly.

Every staff member, from service to management, was extremely kind, helpful & professional. Our room was very clean, as was the entire hotel.

Enjoyed our stay, will book again

Great beds. Quiet halls. The only complaint was the water did not stay hot long enough for my shower, but in their defense they were completely booked the nights we stayed there.

A nice suite for the money.

We enjoyed our suite. Before we checked out we had an issue with the dishwasher and the front desk staff was reassuring that engineering/ maintenance was going to handle it. We were pleased with how responsive they seemed.
