Pros:

I did not got room service twice and I have to stay in mess and even I asked for room service and lady at front not provided. I am not a big fan of Hilton properties any way and this stay is terrible and I very unhappy with this location. I have to visit this location for my corporate meetings and I will stay in Martiot properties in future.

Pros:

We liked the way the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedding was nice with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The fridge was not small. The parking convenient and you could get into building at several locations. Two small problems: no safe and ran out of bathtub slip mats. Otherwise was a great value

Older hotel in a good location. Good for families
Pros:

Comfortable hotel in a great and quiet location. Staff were friendly and the hotel breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The hotel is in need of updating. There was wood rot on the baseboard by the shower in our master bathroom, and there were ceiling tiles throughout the hotel that had old water stains. We also found a sock from a previous guest on the floor by the curtains.
