Comfortable hotel, well-located with friendly staff.
Pros:

Excellent location for our needs! Breakfast was consistently adequate with plenty of choices both hot and cold. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There was a hotel guest who appeared to be under the influence of (hard) drugs, and perhaps was even dealing drugs from the hotel. The guest was not a problem in any way, but it was not a good look for a hotel with a lot of family and young persons in house. Also, there was a leak in our room over the bedside table during a particularly heavy downpour. I understood that we could not be moved due to a full hotel that evening, but I would have expected some sort of compensation for our trouble.

Een leuk hotel, niet te ver van Boston
Pros:

Je hebt een aparte slaapkamer. Dat is heel fijn als je met wat oudere kinderen reist.

Cons:

De kamers werden maar 1x schoongemaakt in 12 dagen tijd. Dat vond ik erg jammer. Volle prullenbakken en handdoeken niet gewisseld.

the lady that works in front desk was nice

when we got there we got a room in 4th fl - the room felt dirty, strong smell of cigarettes and there were dark stains in the couch. we went to the lobby and told the lady in front desk and she moved us to the 6th fl, we thought the room would be better but it was worse; there were like 10 buckets in the lobby full of water because there was water dripping from the roof, same strong smell of cigarette and looked so dirty.
we told the lady that we appreciated that she was trying to accomodate us but unfortunately we couldn’t stay in these conditions. we had to go to another hotel.
on top of everything it’s been almost a week since we had this experience and we haven’t gotten any type of answer when we requested a full refund. i don’t recommend staying here at all. the rooms do not look like the pictures they posted here.

Cons:

The clean staff kept knocking on my door when check out is at 12 noon then the cleaning manager knocking at my door and came in my room looking around with another worker to check a sliding door but looking around my room when I was checking out that same day at 12 noon and then he told me that check out was at 10 I had to go and I said no check out is at 12 noon and he need to leave and he left there was no reason for them to knock at my door at 9:00 am that’s crazy.
