Pros:

Small property. Blanket not of good quality. Second white sheet for blanket not given. Only one towel given per hut. Second day cleaning not done. AC was not working for first day until 9.30 pm in one hut which was repaired between 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm when we were in the hut.

The best thing about the place was the location, the very friendly staff and owner and the restaurant was good too. The room was not so nice. The floor had a very broken plasticcover on it and walls was paperthin. Could hear a lot of noise from outside.
The hotel was very close to many options of restaurants and had a nice beach for swimming/snorkeling, if you go around noon. At that time the water is really clean and visibility good for spotting fish. In the afternoon, the water is not so clear or clean.

An ok budget hotel.
Pros:

A budget friendly hotel. It is very basic. working fan and AC, though power on AC does cut out from time to time. Wifi worked ok. No hot water in the bathroom, though was told that staff can provide a bucket of hot water when rrquired. Bed was relatively comfortable, also a patio area to sit outside. No toilet paper provided and when asked, was given a packet of table napkins! close to many restaurants and about 7 min walk to the small town of Govind Nagar. Also a 2 minute walk to the sandy beach. An okay stay if you don't mind basic facilities for a few days.
