Stayed at this location with my friends this weekend. The location is convenient and within walking distance to major attractions. The highlight of my stay was the Preston. He was truly a gem. Very helpful and truly cares about the customer experience. He was extremely helpful with my group of veterans women. He patiently answered all our questions. Stayed during a conference from April 8th through 12th. Rooms were clean, staff friendly and helpful. Food at restaurant delicious. The lady working the Executive Lounge interpersonal and welcoming..
Kudos to the valet parking company...Addison and his crew are amazing. Very professional and helpful, didnt matter if it was late at night. Obtained vehicle very timely, opened doors and helped with luggage.

I recently stayed at this Hilton and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience.
I want to start by saying the valet service was excellent—truly one of the highlights of our stay. However, the rest of the experience did not meet expectations, especially given the price of nearly $250 per night.
Our toilet ran loudly all night, creating a constant and disruptive noise that made it very difficult to sleep. When we called the front desk around 1:30 AM, we spoke with a staff member whose name started with “E,” who was quite rude and unhelpful. We were told there was nothing they could do except move us to another room or send security—who, according to her, wouldn’t be able to fix the issue anyway. Moving rooms in the middle of the night was not a reasonable solution for us; we simply wanted the issue addressed so we could rest.
The next morning, I spoke with Andre, who offered only a $50 refund, which felt inadequate considering the circumstances and the cost of the stay. While I understand that maintenance issues can happen, the way the situation was handled made it feel as though we were at fault for expecting a quiet, functional room. It was also concerning to hear that no maintenance staff was available overnight to address a basic plumbing issue.
Overall, this experience was disappointing due to both the unresolved problem and the lack of customer care. I would not recommend this location based on how this situation was handled.
