Armaan went above and beyond to support our valley experience while staying at the facility and made sure that myself as well as coworkers did not wait very long to get our vehicle to start a work day. Had a nice business trip here. Leslie was very helpful at the front desk. Armaan and Jonah were very helpful and courteous at the valet making sure I hit the road comfortable. Also hit the attached YMCA for a morning workout which was fantastic. I’ll be staying here again next Charlotte trip.

Stayed at this location with my friends this weekend. The location is convenient and within walking distance to major attractions. The highlight of my stay was the Preston. He was truly a gem.
