I called the GM & gave + feedback for Dee going out of her way to help my parents.
Pros:

Dee Jones at the front desk was ama ing helping my elderly parents find the hotel & check in after dark.

Pros:

Upon arrival the entire computer system was off line and could not check in. After almost 700 miles traveled that day was not well received. I booked a king bed and was put in a double. All I needed was sleep. A couple of lights only flickered when on. Annoying. Shower water was Luke warm.
Others have told me of similar checkin issues.
