It wasn't what we expected of a Hilton Garden Inn, though the front manager tried to make it right.
Pros:

Location was nice. Lobby looks nice. Room looked nice.

Cons:

The tub didn't drain for our showers. I nearly slipped in it because there's no non-slip surface and it had a couple of inches of water in it. TV remote didn't work well. Hallway carpeting looked dingy and dated.

A nightmare of poor lighting and broken electrical outlets!
Pros:

Bed was comfortable; location excellent; shuttle service from Albany Airport was good.

Cons:

Lighting in both the room and the bathroom was horrible. There was an unplugged lamp in the corner not within reach of any working outlet. Only one of the two night tables had a light and it was just a spot light, which didn't add light to the room. Most electrical outlets were broken and hazardous. There was only one working USB port. The deferred maintenance in this room was unimaginable. The only source of light in the bathroom came from two wall sconces, thus there was no light close to the mirror.

Comfortable convenient location but could use some cosmetic upgrades. Hospitality could improve.
Pros:

Great location. This well landscaped, off road hotel is three minutes from
Albany airport. No noise from
adjacent streets and very quiet rooms.

Cons:

Hotel needs some upgrades. Front desk was not welcoming on check in and showed little interest in answering some questions asked. One of the lights was out in our bathroom and not fixed while we were there with no apology.

In the future, I would not stay at this hotel prior to taking a flight even though the location was a plus.
Pros:

The location and availability of a shuttle to the airport was the only positive worth noting.

Cons:

The staff at the front desk were not attentive and did not behave in a professional manner.
The air conditioning was noisy but very inefficient making for an uncomfortable night before a long flight.

It was adequate at best.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable
Shower was OK

Cons:

There was no notification that maid service would not happen in our two nights stay. I consequently had to go down to the front desk to get another set of towels.
We were unable to get a plunger around 10 o’clock at night to unclog the toilet. We had to go down to the public restrooms in the lobbyto go to the bathroom.We had to wait until morning and have someone from Maintenance come up and take care of it.
The phone in our room did not work so every time we needed to contact the front desk we had to walk down to the front desk or call from an outside phone
We didn’t feel it was worth almost $200 a night and it did not meet Hilton standards. We could’ve stayed at any discounted hotel/motel and had the same experience.

Never Again…..
Pros:

Room smelled like smoke, bathroom was dirty, there was no hot water and the satellite was broke to watch TV……but bed was comfortable. Definitely do not go here. There are lots of hotels in the area to choose from!

Disappointing but we were only there for one night so tolerable

Cons:

The whole place needs an update. It is worn and damaged in areas. We were told the bar closed at 10PM so I arranged to meet my sister at 9. The bar was closed when we got there at 9. They closed early due to lack of business

Everything and the parking for our car while on vacaa was most definitely an added benefit!!
Wake up call.Shuttle to the airport.
Could not have been more convenient!

Cons:

Pool area could be more inviting and heated off season for us winter birds looking for a close getaway.
