Pros:

Booked this hotel overnight before a early morning flight. The Staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was ok, maybe a little dated but was very clean. There was NO hot water, I mean none. The water pressure was almost non existent also. Upon checking out, there was another woman complaining about the same thing. The person at the desk took our room number and that was it. the location to the airport is great, the shuttle provided and the ability to leave our vehicle there with shuttle service back was also great, both drivers we encountered were friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, due to the lack of hot water and lack of response by staff on this, we will probably find another hotel near the airport that provides the same service next flight out.

Pros:

Located close to the airport, the location is very convenient. However, having stayed there over the years I have seen a decline in overall quality.
Upon arrival for check in this trip I was surprised to find no bottled water available at the front desk-okay, not a huge deal. I went to my room to discover a loud mechanical noise coming from an adjacent room. I had been traveling all day and was tired, figured I could sleep thru that. The heat was set at 78 degrees, unable to be adjusted. Bar soap left in the shower from a previous guest, made me assume the shower had not been cleaned. I did mention these things upon checkout and the gentleman at the desk did seem sincerely apologetic.
This hotel has seen better days and the are better options in the area that are just as convenient.

Only good thing was the proximity to the airport
Cons:

The staff wasn’t very knowledgeable or experienced. Dude just gave me my room key as if I work there. Where is my room fool?? He was on his phone when I walked up. Not surprising, dude was lucky I was with my son.

Wouldn’t stay again, better options available
Pros:

Very close to airport (walkable, shorter than gate connections in Denver or O’Hare). Friendly staff, good check in and out; however the decor is very dated with thick dust on heavy wooden frames in room & bathroom plus the walls are extremely thin. I could hear people snoring in the adjacent room and room above mine.
