The breakfast was okay if you got it cooked to order. The fruit selection needs improvement.
The fruit selection was not good. The toaster needs replacing.
The property was lovely and the staff was great
There was a false alarm fire alarm at midnight. We had to walk up and down 6 flights. This was very disturbing and scary and then of course we had trouble sleeping and had an early flight to catch. I was disappointed for the first time in a Hilton that I stayed in. Not any fault of the staff as far as I can see.
Damage in room
Good food, but a bit pricey, I thought.
The elevator wasn't very good. I had to wait and wait for it. There were two elevators, but only one worked.
The shuttle driver on the morning of Sat. May 24,2025 was there before the 4:00am estimate and was the kindest and most helpful person on our entire trip. I wish I remembered his name. He was exceptional!
The toilet paper was a long ways away from the toilet.
Close to airport.
Not sure about cleanliness. Had what looked like bed bug bites after.
