My go to hotel when arriving on late night flights.
Pros:

Perfect location for travelers transiting through RDU Airport. Shuttle service is available. Receptionists are great. Breakfast is delicious.

See above. Totally disappointing.
Pros:

The only thing I liked was the bar. We arrived back to hotel at 1030pm and were greeted warmly by the bar man on duty. Friendly but not intrusive.

Cons:

Receptionist on arrival was very unhelpful. We arrived very early due to an early flight and were exhausted. I realize that the hotel is under no obligation to allow us to check in early but the receptionist was not at all helpful. I asked her to call me when we could check in and was told she would if she had time. She did not contact us. Pool was small murky and totally unappealing. Gym is the size of a closet. Carpets ripped up outside our room and the toilet was all scratched up. I have no idea how this hotel receives good reviews. Definitely not up to the standards of the Hilton chain.

Pros:

Great location close to airport, and just 10 minutes from several restaurants/ retail shops. Great amenities (gym, convenient restaurant on site, nice selection of snacks, drinks ks for purchase). Quiet and very nice lobby area.

Cons:

Nothing too bad, but found food crumbs on the room rug...just needed a little better vacuuming in rooms/hallways. Otherwise pretty clean.

If the elevator had worked, it would have been a good stay.
