This is a gem of a hotel. Conveniently located to St Paul & Minneapolis. The rooms are well appointed and quiet. The staff are so nice and helpful. I will DEFINITELY stay here again if I’m even in the Twin Cities. Special shout out to Jason & his staff.
Atmosphere was great in the room. I was able to watch the 3rd place world cup game. The van driver George Beran was extremely helpful and courteous. I accidentally left my cell phone in the van and he returned it in time so I could board my flight. Great individual to talk to as well.
Fabulous shuttle service! At 4am our driver George Beran was prompt, friendly and ready to go. Through conversation with George, we made connections to Ames, IA and Iowa State University. Such a great way to start our trip!!
The shuttle service was amazing, the driver Mr. Beran was such an awesome, kind, and helpful guy! He helped get all 14 suitcases in and off the shuttle at the airport. He started our vacation on a high note.

Hotel staff was gracious and helpful! The complimentary shuttle service to Mall of America and the airport were an awesome perk! The staff helped us plan our itinerary and travel around the area.

Very comfortable accommodations!
The pullout sofa in our room was horrible- unusable. Thin and dirty… my 12 year old couldn’t lay on it. Front desk had no mattress pads or suggestions for me- tried to sleep on the small sofa and the floor. Ultimately ended up with all of us in the bed. Not a great nights sleep.
Then breakfast- we had a soccer tourney that day and needed to leave by 7:15am- we went down to eat at 6:49 and the lady would not let us grab something even though it was set up. I asked if I were to buy cereal from pantry if there was milk we could use- nope, not unless I purchased a whole bottle too. Would have need great to let us just purchase a few items off the buffet quick to let my son eat- especially since none of us slept very well being crammed together.
Very disappointed in this stay.

The beds were hard, my room was on an angle so the toilet lid would fall over, the shower door wouldn’t stay open, no doors.. the breakfast idea needs to be changed… if im being charged already no need to charge my room every time.
