Things were fine until the second night of our two night stay. At around midnight, we used the toilet, which clogged and overflowed, leaving an inch of water on the bathroom floor. When we called, the desk clerk said she was the only person there and could give us towels and a plunger to use to clean up. I went downstairs to find four towels on the desk. I asked about changing rooms and the clerk agreed. But she couldn't figure how to move us (she said she was new on the job). She then called someone who walked her through the process. She gave me a new room key (no offer of a cart to move our stuff) and we moved.
The day after we left we received an emailed invoice which not only charged us for both rooms but charged more for the second (it was room with two queen beds rather than our original king bed room). I called the hotel and the person who answered said she couldn't do anything about the charges. I then left a message for the hotel general manager. The next day we received an email from the hotel assistant general manager with a perfunctory apology and a revised invoice dropping the charge for the second room. I've never heard back from the general manager.
We stay at a lot of Hiltons (my wife is a Diamond member in their program). This was by far our worst experience with one of their properties. Not up to usual standards and I'd stay elsewhere.

It’s not that I didn’t like it. Through no fault of their own, we didn’t have hot water. I was offered a free breakfast but I had already paid for breakfast so I thought I should receive compensation for that. Instead, I received extra points. I don’t want points. I want compensation.
Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy

The room was very comfortable, clean, the bathroom was large. The pool area was nice and well stocked with towels. The breakfast was wonderful! Not just your typical cereals, bagels and toast the had eggs, bacon, French toast, fruit, yogurt, breakfast potatoes and more! Also, they had lots of beverages to choose from, and real Silverware not plastic.
There are not a lot of hotels in the area. This is a great option. The staff is friendly and pleasant. The entire experience went well. The room was clean. I didn't partake in the breakfast. It looked like a typical HGI breakfast situation.
The hotel is nicely situated near I-480, OH-91, and OH-82, and not too far from I-271 and I-80/Ohio Turnpike. There is a Burgers 2 Beer restaurant and Cracker Barrel restaurant in the same development. There is also a higher-end restaurant, Blue Canyon, next to it. There are stairs to walk up the hill to get to it. The parking situation at the hotel is easy.
