The tv was not plugged in and I had to call for service, the air conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep.

Beautiful hotel in a horrible area
Pros:

Hilton never disappoints! Beautiful clean hotel and beautiful clean rooms!

Cons:

In the absolute worst location! Homeless, druggies, and racing crotch rockets speeding past the hotel all night! We saw a man urinate on a street post right outside the parking garage!

We chose the hotel because it was in walking distance of the train station - a big plus!
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff with whom we interacted were all helpful and friendly. The visitors we met in passing in the hallways were all friendly and seemed to be nice people.

Cons:

We were there only 1 night and everything was fine. Nothing to dislike.
