Great hotel
Pros:

This hotel has a perfect location in the heart of Lake Mary. The atmosphere was nice and quiet and the rooms were perfect. Jada was amazing from the moment we checked in and during the stay as well. Jada is kind and helpful with a great attitude.

An excellent place with excellent staff!
Pros:

I had a great experience at this property. The facility was very clean and fairly new. Also, the staff was very kind and accommodating. I checked in with Jada and checked out with Nick, both were exceptional and provided excellent customer service. If I’m ever in the area again, I’m definitely coming back. Thank you for a great experience!

Pros:

Room accomodation was a lot more of what we expected. Clean, huge bathroom and felt so comfortable

Pros:

From the moment I walked into the hotel, exceptional customer service was provided by Marvin at the front desk. He greeted me with a welcoming hello and a huge smile. Checkin was seamless, and the room was spacious, clean, and provided a mini fridge and microwave. Highly recommend for your next visit to Lake Mary, FL.

Customer service was top notch!
Pros:

We had a great stay. Hotel was very clean. Staff was very nice. Special shout out to Marvin for his excellent customer service. Knowing I wasn't feeling good on my last, he assisted me and my mom with our bags to our car. He was so accommodating and did it with a smile. We appreciatef real customer service and he was a complete gentleman! Thank you Marvin!

The staff was very nice.

Cons:

When we checked in one of the beds in the room had a spider crawling on it.I think it was a spider but I killed it so that kind of spooked me a little bit.
