Everyone was so helpful and courteous. The room was clean and set up to fit our needs. The staff was friendly and very professional.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Experience at Hilton Jackson!

I recently hosted The Road Is Calling… And We Are Answering All-Female Biker Brunch at the Hilton Jackson, and I can confidently say the experience was nothing short of phenomenal.

From start to finish, the staff was professional, attentive, and extremely accommodating. The event space was clean, well-prepared, and perfectly suited for our program. Every detail was handled with care, allowing us to focus on delivering a powerful and meaningful event centered around women empowerment, human trafficking awareness, and HIV/AIDS education.

Our guests traveled from multiple states, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Many expressed how welcomed and comfortable they felt, which speaks volumes about the level of hospitality provided.

The Hilton Jackson team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and their support played a major role in the success of our event. If you’re looking for a venue that delivers excellence, professionalism, and top-tier service—this is it.

Dated hotel. Be prepared to use the stairs as they only had 1 of their 4 elevators working. Even their service elevator didn’t work so house cleaning and hundreds of guests all had to use one elevator. On top of that the 1 working elevator routinely got stuck with too many people on it or quit working. So if you have health issues or disabilities this is not the hotel for you. Some people had to go up & down 12 flights of stairs. Luckily I only had to do 9 flights. Apparently the elevators are a systemic issue if you read reviews from the past.

Other than bad elevators room had missing wall outlet covers, lamps didn’t work. Rooms don’t have microwaves there is one per floor near the ice machine. Wasps in the 14th floor conference room.

Only positives: Good gym, cable channels.

Again if you have health issues or disabilities stay elsewhere or risk taking stairs. Stay here as a last resort.

Gold member here! The worst Hilton stay ever, and we have one more night. It's an old, beat up hotel, and clearly the owners want it this way. For two days straight, one working elevator out of 4. There is no telephone in the room? WTF? Called from a phone at the non working elevator and told the front desk that there is NO phone. She said "I'll send maintenance up to put one in....4.5 hours later, still no phone. The bathroom ceiling is peeling, the vent in the bathroom peeling, the carpet hasn't been vacuumed in months, dirt piled in the corner behind the bathroom doors, chairs peeling at the desk in the room, refrigerator runs constantly, and there's no way to stop it other than to unplug it. An absolutely disgusting hotel. The hotel bar is out of everything, Grey Goose, Titos, Prosecco, luxardo cherries, etc. The screen on the TV in the room is darker than the room at night. Horrible picture. Unbelievably bad experience here. The line to the elevator is nearly out the door with people in wheel chairs and walkers unable to use the stairs. Shameful!!!!!! Never again. Skip this place at all costs!!

Yuck! Stopped here on a road trip, because the pictures looked decent and we just needed to crash for the night. The lobby is beautiful and the fixtures are evidence that this used to be a great hotel. But yuck! We aren’t taking our shoes off and we are checking the bed bug registry. It has that vibe.

Holes in the sheets, mold in the ceiling corners. Gross bath tub and toilet seat. Stains on the walls. Peeling wallpaper. We would check out and go elsewhere but we would have to do so much work to find and get to another place when we really just need sleep. Very disappointed in Hilton allowing this level of care, cleanliness, and maintenance. And the 3.9 rating is NOT correct.

So, the check in process was smooth and easy, however the rooms were not up to standard par. The office chairs had rips and tears on them, then you had little bugs on the floor. Even though, when it came to electrical wiring that was not good at all. The light in the shower it self did not come on, along with that we had a leaky faucet in the sink. To make things even better they only had one elevator working with a 6 person capacity. Just imagine the wait if the elevator was full. We really got our workout in with the stairs this weekend. To finish it off..imagine needing ice after for a drink after all that walking, NOPE! There were no ice machines in some of the floors and even when they did have them they were broke and did not work. You had to go all the way down to the front desk to get ice. Imagine being on the 12th floor. Yea it was nice in the outside but don’t be fooled.

The young lady Tiffany was great, she was by herself but she still did great..

I would like to thank the server Tiffany in Wellington she was an awesome young lady. Eventhough ,she was busy she kept our cups filled up I told her to keep up the good work.
